Whether on the floor with the infants or facilitating an activity with the preschoolers, working with children is an amazing experience. I love that as a Director I can providesupport for the teachers, and develop strong relationships with all of the children and families. The difference that we can make, and receiving all the hugs at the end of the night makes this a career second to none.
