Worst secretary of State I have ever been to. These people do not know what they’re doing and have wrongly advised me many times. The lines are long as is the wait for a good representative to help. You are better off going to the Troy location where they use new technology and trained/​knowledgeable staff.

Bloomfield Hills, MI
These idiots did not give me back my car title in the sea of paperwork. My toddler was going nuts and I did not realize this until after I got home. Plus, a woman «supervisor» at this branch got so much enjoyment off of trying to deny me a Michigan driver’s license ID coming up with all kinds of false BS. Your lack of empathy for my two year old losing his patience after being there for an hour and a half due to your insufficient concerns regarding my case was pointless. I left with my ID on its way in the mail, thank you very much. I would rather be at a DMV in Los Angeles than endure the lack of professionalism at this joke of a «Secretary of State»
