I absolutely love love love my flowers! So affordable and by far my favorite vendor. Zina is so easy to work with and excellent at communication. She not only helped with flowers, but my invitations and gave suggestions towards the rest of my planning. She goes above and beyond to make you happy and really does an excellent job. I highly recommend!

We ordered centerpieces, bouquets, boutonnieres, and a chuppah (rented) through Flowers by Amore. The end product was absolutely beautiful and Zina was great at the beginning, especially in helping us cut down costs. But we are very torn; the lower rating is because of communication issues throughout the process. Our first disappointing experience was the centerpiece sample — we had traveled into town (we live out of town) for a pre-​sample consultation and instead of talking about what we wanted, were given a centerpiece of dead flowers based on some things we had discussed in the first meeting (interview/​quote meeting). Zina tried blaming the miscommunication on me, but I had all of our communication in writing (emails). Once I forwarded those emails to show that it wasn’t my fault, she made a new sample that looked much better and we saw it using FaceTime. The second disappointing experience was the actual delivery of the flowers. They arrived an hour late and we had a very tight schedule before the wedding. Zina made changes to the delivery schedule without checking with me – again somehow laying the fault on me – and thankfully our groomsmen carrying things in for the florist crew so our guests wouldn’t be sitting waiting for the ceremony to start while watching the chuppah being assembled. We took many pictures without bouquets and boutonnieres and it just didn’t seem like there was great problem solving on the florist’s side. Since a wedding is a high-​stress situation for everyone, it would just make sense to beef up the customer service and communication side of the business to match the beautiful flowers and products created by this shop.

My flowers for my wedding were stunning. Zina was incredibly helpful putting all the details together. She even came out to my reception venue to show me chair cover options. They also did my centerpieces which I got plenty of compliments on. Definitely recommended.

Very beautiful and unique flowers. They do a lot if other things besides flowers and it’s all great. Not your regular flower shop that’s for sure!

The owner was extremely helpful, most accommodating, and creative. The arrangement was unique and exactly what my sick friend needed to lift her spirits. I highly recommend Flowers and More.

The best word to describe this company is bi-​polar. My wife and I used this company for our wedding flowers. We had a few meetings with Cheryl — after multiple attempts to track her down each time. One time, we drove 30min to meet up with her and she never showed up. Other times, our meetings were productive and helpful. The flowers for our wedding day were gorgeous. We got so many compliments. However, my wife noticed that many of the candles on our centerpieces (provided by Flowers & More) were blown out. Some of the linens were missing, and worse yet, the bill we received was higher than the original quote. It took OVER THREE MONTHS to track Cheryl down and get her to agree to the overage and a refund. As of today, we are still waiting for the check. So, if you have lots of time to babysit a vendor and a lot of patience, it’s probably worth working with Flowers & More. The end product is beautiful. However, most of us don’t have this time or patience for this, so I would recommend staying far away.
