So they call this Blood and Guts dental work — extractions, oral surgery and implants. Dr. Anderson is very good at this trade and his support staff is superb. Dr. Anderson is a nice guy, soft spoken and re-assuring — great bed side manners. Typically, your average dentist(cleaning and cavities) doesn’t specialize in this type of procedures — it would expecting your family MD to do successful heart surgery. Dr. Anderson specializes in these procedures, offering various approaches, including placing the patient under sedation. Dental implants are not cheaper, requiring several months between procedures, from tooth extraction, to drilling and mounting posts into your jaw, to finally the crown/implant tooth. Dr. Anderson would be my first choice.

I was referred to Dr. Anderson by my primary Dentist when I needed to have an implant placed to replace a missing tooth and I have had nothing but positive experiences with him and his staff. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and forms a connection with each of his patients. It’s always nice to walk in and have a conversation and he doesn’t have to look at a chart to remember who you are. Unfortunately after about a month the implant he placed didn’t take(nothing he did wrong) so I went back to see him to go over my options. Without even asking or mentioning anything of the sort he offered to remove and replace the implant and start over again this time doing some bone grafting to strengthen the jaw at absolutely no charge. I don’t think many offices would just come out and do that without the customer bringing it up and fighting tooth and nail to make it happen, but he did. If anyone needs to have any form of Oral Surgery done I highly recommend Dr. Anderson.
