Dark Tan

This place is more than just a tanning salon. The experience is on a much higher level. The staff is well educated about the services offered and the products they sell. They are always very friendly and wait time has never been more than 2 – 3 minutes.
I noticed many Unilocalers were taken back by the price, I was too at my first visit but after seeing the results I believe it was well worth the cost. I got the results in one sitting that I would get tanning elsewhere 3 or 4 times. I am very light skinned and never burn here. Many places say you won’t burn, they are lying! Dark tan is the only place I get a golden glow with no burn or even red spots.
I have tried the stand up machine, and the lay down ones. I think I get a little more color in the lay down, but I could be wrong. The tan also lasts a couple weeks for me after just one visit!
So for the price, it is well worth it. You also get a bottled water and hand wipes to go. A large towel and goggles are provided as well. They even have a children’s room for kids while parents tan!
Dark Tan is great, you get what you pay for!

I am a frequent tanner and have probably been to over 300 different tanning salons. THIS PLACE ROCKS! The only other tanning salon that even remotely comes close is our best tanner in Denver, The Palms. And while I would give them 5 stars too, they definitely are not Dark Tan.
The gal at the front was so friendly and helpful. She explained how they operate:
1 type of bed (which is the best of the best in beds… no burn rays!)
1 type of massage table (which I didn’t expect anything from but was, dare I say, impressed!)
1 type of spray tan (but different shades)
I was given a robe, towel, eyewear and a water bottle.
Simply the best!!!

Loved being treated so special. Tanning beds have a come a long way from the 90s, radio, room to breath, fans, and the water massage bed after was heaven! Going back tomorrow.

Most amazing tanning experience ever!!! Beds are all new and up to date and best part about it– no burn! You get 3 amenities within each visit which is Awesome. You get to tan, spray tan and do the hydro massage bed every time you go in. Their spray tan is amazing! And gave me such an amazing glow. The salon is always really clean which is really important. Staff is very friendly and helpful!!! Definitely can’t wait to go back

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of how high the prices are. The girls are super nice and the beds are incredible! They seem like they’d be the best machines out there. It’s very neat and it just looks like a great salon. I’ll definitely be back!

This place is more like a spa than a tanning salon. The girls are super helpful and informative. There was a lot of information to take in so I guess I misunderstood that I can get to use all the amenities my first session :/​so bummed!!! They give you a giant towel, eyewear, and bottled water too which shows they really appreciate their customers. So even though I missed out on my first visit I’m giving 5 stars I’m impressed.

This place is top notch. The girls behind the front desk are super helpful and the tanning beds couldn’t be better. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love going to Dark tan before any occasion or vacation! They always have the best customer service and everyone there is so friendly! My spray tan always looks so natural which is great! What I love most is how clean everything is there always.

I ALWAYS come to Dark Tan before a wedding to have that nice glow or even to get ready for a special night out. Their spray tanning system is excellent and always makes you look really beautiful. They have different levels that you can choose from depending on how you want to look. Everything is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
They offer a stand up or bed tanning and a spray tan system which is the best I have ever used. The prices are pretty reasonable for the service you are getting.
I love Dark Tan and would recommend this to anyone who is looking to look a little sun kissed =)

Amazing experience at Dark Tan. I honestly have never had such a good tanning experience. Their beds are new and high tech. I went for the max twice and did not burn at all like at other places. I also really like the the radio option in the beds. At most places, you cannot hear the radio due to the fans but you could hear this one. It makes the time go by faster. I also liked the digital time in the beds, with minutes AND seconds so you know exactly how much time you have left. The experience was even better because of the treatment you get there. When you get to the tanning room, they give you a large towel, hand santizer, wink-​eeze, and a cold bottled water. Great experience, will go again.

So clean and great service! I actually saw a big difference. I only needed to go a few times to get a glow before my wedding and they definitely made that happen!

I made sure to try this place 4 times before leaving a review, just in case my first few times were a fluke. They weren’t, this place is great! My spray tan is always wonderful, and the versa-​spa is a wonderful machine. It goes on even and clear so it does not ruin my clothing (It gradually becomes darker so I go a day before). The girls working up front know what they are talking about and are extremely helpful. They aren’t rude or snobby at all, which to be honest, I kinda expected. A+++

This place is the best! I have been going here for over a year and have a monthly recurring membership for the best package available. I have been to lots of different tanning salons over the years but Dark Tan has THE best tanning beds bar none. I believe they are imported from Italy. I make it a point to learn the workers names because every person working there exemplifies 100% customer service and friendliness. I have used the beds, stand-​ups and spray tanner. Each is great and top notch. Generally, I use the bed because I like the facials. They have normal size towels… not a washcloth or paper napkins like some places give you to dry off. They also provide goggles and a bottle of water. I don’t use the googles [I know I should] but most places charge you for them. The kids room has come in handy for the few times that I have brought my daughter there… lots of toys and a t.v. that can play kids DVD’s [Disney] which they have. The massage bed is an added bonus as part of my package and very relaxing for no additional cost. The owner Chris is very personable and makes sure that bulbs are replaced etc. etc. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Crystal, Mary Ann, Maria, Miranda and Samantha rock!!!

Best spray tan in under 5 minutes… friendly staff… affordable. You must check it out!

Nice new place. Their tanning beds are new, very strong and not as dangerous as the others (they explain to you everything, how the beds work, what is the damage, etc.) Staff is nice and ready to help. They have a small room for kids with tv and toys which is convenient if you have 10 – 20 min free and you have your kids with you. The hydro massage beds is something I never tried before, so it was interesting. The only thing is that the cycle is too short and you just get to enjoy a little bid :) It is a little expensive if you only go 1 time, but for ppl who tan a lot, they have nice packages with discounts.
