Keep coming back and dine at this location. We would receive coupons with a savings of $ 10 from a bill of $ 30 or more. The excellent service of the servers and servings by the kitchen crew are the same regardless of knowing the the discount. If you want to be entertained while eating, you may amuse yourself by watching sports and entertainment at any angle from the many flat screen monitors hanging in most corners. They have a alcohol and non-alcoholic bar centrally located. Chammps has their own rewards membership. You may receive a free burger coupon close to your birthday. I love tasting their menu and so far I only have good words to say … They serve fast, fresh and delicious!

Champps has taken turn for the worst. 2nd time in a row service was below average and food quality bad. Basic waitress 101 errors. Everyone at the table was underwhelmed of taste and quality of the meats. Price is ok for the amount of food you get but this getting to be tgi Fridays quality food and service.

Ridiculous. I/2 empty and they told me one hour wait. Idiots. Do they know how to run a restaurant. I’ll never go back

Food was great and so was the service, but we were SODISAPPOINTED in the mile high ice cream pie. We do lunch here every year for my daughter’s birthday and she looks forward to this desert. Today however, she was SOOOO disappointed. Perhaps they should have called it ¼ mile high ice cream pie… Menu says 7 layers… It was barely 3. We usually go to the Troy location, and will try that one again, but we will not be back to Farmington Hills… So sad… My kids were so let down. Not they way to celebrate a birthday!

Staying across the street and tried this restaurant and had an amazing time! Service will keep me coming back! Monica was great, and went way above and beyond to make out dining experience perfect. Food was exactly what I was craving and expecting! I’ll for sure be back!

The food is fantastic. I had the vodka farfale, chicken wings, and side salad. The bleu cheese is the best I have EVER had. They make it in house. I suggest you sit in Jeremy ’ s sectiin. This guy knows how to wait a table and times the food just right. It’s staff like him that bring people back. Great work Champps.

I go to this Champps about once every 2 – 3 months and the on on Haggerty 1 – 2 times a year. They’ve changed their menu but most of the appetizers, salads and burgers are the same. I to the salads, burgers, appetizers, soup and chili. Always good and good service. Prices for these items are typical, higher than you would find at a local bar. We always sit in bar area because I’ve never liked the other seating but that’s my personal preference. My husband ordered a steak a few months ago and would never do so again. While it was tasty enough, it was a tiny piece of sirloin and the dinner overall reminded us of something you would get at a diner for half the price. We do miss the tortellini they had on their menu for years

I have not been here in a while and we remember why. My mom’s burger was dry and flavorless. My brothers soup was cold and nasty, and my rosemary chicken was fatty, bland and dry. Our server was a dud and when we asked a question he was talking to us and walking away at the same time which is very rude. Very disappointed. Will never go there again

No one at my table finished their food. Salad bowl was unwashed with lots of dried food on the sides and a little inside. Service was nonexistent. Kid’s pizza was finally brought to the table as we were ready to leave.

The food is edible. That’s all I got. I would not run back here, if not for my 11 year old son who loves this place for their Mac and Cheese(which is Kraft-esqu) This will never be confused with fine dining. The service last time was pretty good.

Very big place! I like to sit in the bar at the high tops, but there is a full service bar area, booths and tables. More of a sports bar feel, lots of mixed drinks and beers to choose from. Several TVs but I don’t mind the slightly loud atmosphere. The fish and chips, sandwiches, and salad are all very good. Try the waffle fries! The menu has a lot of variety so you can please a larger group of people. The service isn’t anything over the top amazing, but always good. They check on you, but aren’t annoying and their food comes out hot and fresh.

I’ve been here a few times for happy hour. On my last visit we sat in the bar area during happy hour. We had to ask our waitress about specials and she didn’t bring them up herself. I asked for a water to start and she came back 10 mins later with it. The glass was clearly dirty as there was things floating in it. She gave an attitude when I asked for a new glass. Had the margarita pizza which was soggy. The spinach and artichoke dip was good.

Came here last night with a small group. The service was fine, our waitresses were sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. The food however… meh. My bf ordered an 8 oz sirloin(medium rare) and that was admittedly delicious. The sweet potato fries it came with were good because it’s kind of hard to screw that up, but I feel like they could have been much tastier. Kind of tasted like an afterthought. I was very excited for my ahi tuna taco trio. Unfortunately, my entrée was almost inedible. The tuna was extremely bland and seemed to be over salted in lieu of any sort of seasoning or flavoring. The slaw inside was also whatever. The taco shells were store bought and super plain. The chips and salsa on the side were also most likely store bought. A friend ordered the vodka farfale, which was quite tasty. Maybe 3 stars would be more fair, but the ahi tuna tacos really brought down my experience here.

Champps has been one of my favorites for years! It’s a true staple & never disappoints. Some of my favorites are the guac burger & I usually substitute with a turkey burger. I also love the quesadillas. I probably get those every other time I’m there. Another great trait is the private room. I’ve probably had every type of celebration there & it’s a perfect space. The restaurant is also a great place for any game day!

I haven been here several times since my move to the area about 3 years ago. Since coming here I have never had a bad experience. The one thing I can say about this place is the consistency. I have consistently had good food and good service. It is s big store and I have never had an issue with sitting right down except during prime time on a Friday which is to be expected. My parents love this place and insist on always coming here when they visit despite the vast variety of places to choose from in the immediate vicinity. Was not my first visit and I’m sure not my last

Ordered Steak Dinner with mashed potatoes and side salad. Side salad great, steak and potatoes not so much. Extremely bland flavor for a steak. Extremely poor service overall, bartenders enjoy complaining to service about their guests INFRONT of other guests. Immature staff.

The new menu is really limited and there was only one pasta dish): service was great but I’m used to coming and here and having a huge menu to choose from! The server said the old menu was outdated so it makes sense but I think that’s why I liked it so much before.

This place is A-OK in my book. A good place to dine or just go have a drink. The menu changes often, so it keeps me on my toes. The food is very consistent, and I’ve found the same with the waitstaff for the most part, except for my last visit. The server basically forgot about my friend and I. Our drinks weren’t refilled, and we weren’t checked on at all. The food came out timely because a food runner brought it to us. Extra dressing was brought out by the runner as well. We had to end up flagging our server down 10 minutes after we were done eating to get our drinks refilled. Generally, there isn’t usually a wait to get a table, our food comes out fairly quick, and is always tasty. This place is good to get pretty much anything from a burger and fries to a fish entrée.

If someone hit me over the head and I woke up in this Champps, I would know I was in a Champps, but I would not know which one. The burgers and salads are pretty good and the service is friendly. It is borderline sports-bar atmosphere which is OK if you are in the mood, but I am getting tired of that particular formula now. The steaks are a bit pricey for what they are, but not bad.
