I have been getting my Keratin complex hair smoother for the past 5 years with Giselle. Before then I did Yuko for 10 years. So I’m very familiar with the process. Last week Giselle intrduced me to a new product by Keratin complex with the name of Keratin Complex Advanced Smoothing Glycolic. The process took only 2 hours. The product smelled really nice and was easy on my scalp. My hair turned out beautiful. I waited 5 days before I washed my hair even though she told me I can wash it within 72 hours. Yesterday I washed my hair and it looks beautiful. It feels so soft and silky. It only took me 10 minutes to dry and did not use an iron. See the pictures please. Thanks Giselle. My absolute favorite salon. I’ve done almost all of their services! All of their staff are wonderful. I usually get my hair done by Giselle and she’s amazing. I’ve seen other hairdressers when she wasn’t available and they’ve all been just as wonderful. I had my hair done by Raji for my wedding and it stayed beautifully from the time I had it done at 9am until the time I got home after the ceremony which was around 12am. I’ve gotten my makeup done by their MUA and she was awesome. She also helped cover a huge bruise I had on my leg when I was getting my engagement photos done. I usually get my nails done by Susan (love her!!!) and I’ve seen the other girls as well. They’re honestly all wonderful. I’ve had a spray tan done by Amanda and it was awesome. I’m getting ready to book an appointment soon for a facial! Yay! :)

Wow. Raji is amazing. It takes a lot for me to be just satisfied with a hair dresser. I’m not easily impressed at all, and I have deep trust issues with anyone who touches my hair. I heard he was great, still not enough for me, so I watched him work on someone else. Wow. He is talented. So I allowed him to cut my hair… He did a fantastic job. My hair has never looked so heathy and even! And the proportions of the layers to my full head of hair is just perfect. No one (and I have tried the so called «best») has ever been able to make it even and proportionate. I also hate when my hair is pulled or damaged during the process, his assistant Kelly blow dried it so nicely and didn’t pull my head in every direction and didn’t break or rip my hair. I hate broken hair due to improper handling. She also didn’t get my face and neck soaked when she washed it. Kept my makeup in tact! Clearly I take this too seriously but it’s deep for me lol! Trust me, you won’t regret going to him.

This place is amazing they do a great job for men’s haircuts and when I go to Amanda, I am very happy.

I’ve been a client of Bonita’s, a manicurist and esthetician, for 5 years. She is the best in Oakland county. Bonita always has the current polish collections from OPI, Essie (regular polish), Gelish and Shellac as well. She is very professional and promotes heathy nail maintenance. She gives the best facials, explaining products and procedures. All her clients say she’s like a sister-​friend; friendly, funny and sweet.

Have been going here a few years and have had nails, haircuts for young girls (Giselle, Dina & Elle), blowouts (Dana! & Maureen) and cut & color — Fiaz. They are SO accommodating with scheduling. He offers spa services too and I was offered a glass of wine once while enjoying pedicure after a long day. We LOVE everything at Fiaz Salon and Spa. Feel like family.

it was OK, just that. Ok hair, OK nails and overpriced at that. This place seems more about the image than the actual quality. They also messed up my appointment so I had to wait 30 minutes, not cool.

Susan is the best for nails! I’ve been going to her for 15 years, she is amazing! She does a great job, very clean, and always makes sure I am happy. Not only does she aim to please me as her client, but my daughter (who is 3) enjoys having Susan do her nails! You won’t be disappointed, Susan is the best in the city!

This is my go to place for everything! Nails, hair, makeup, facials, waxing — you name it! They do it all! The staff is so friendly and everyone is so great here. I’ve been a customer for years now and would never think to switch. Raimonda and Ella are great at what they do and always manage to get me in when I need! Love it there.

I’ve been coming to this salon for about a year. My stylist does a great job and is amazingly friendly and nice. The place is comfortable and nice. The only problem I have is that I’m always at least 5 minutes early to my Appointment as a courtesy. But, I am hardly taken to my Appointment on time and normally have to wait. That is my only gripe. Other than that I recommend.

My mom was visiting from out of town and desperately needed a hair cut (the stylist in her small town had chopped her hair into a brown helmet — not cute). I called at 10 am and was able to get her an appointment at 12. I believe the stylists name was Roxana? We arrived to a BEAUTIFUL salon (I was tempted to stay and relax myself). The stylist listened to my mom’s (many) concerns and delivered EXACTLY what she asked for. What a difference a little trim made! She took the weight off the hair and made it look 1000 times better! It is a little pricey ($ 50) but I think you get what you pay for.

I am a person who gets weekly manicures and pedicures every three months. I was lost for so long because I could never find anyone who would give me what my hands and feet deserved until I was referred to Bonita.
Now that I have been going to Bonita, my hands and feet have never been better. She’s so personable and her work is perfection. She always runs on time and makes sure you are happy with her work. My manicures last one full week and sometimes two depending on if my hands are in water a lot. The products used are all top notch and have helped repair my hands and feet.
If you’re in the market for a new nail tech, she’s the one!

I was devastated when my eyebrow girl moved out of state after 8 years of seeing her only, so I asked around for some recommendations and kept getting referred to Marijana at Fiaz. I was reluctant to try someone new but I quickly figured out that I couldn’t do my own brows and desperately needed help. I have super sensitive skin and can’t have them waxed but I prefer tweezing anyways because it lasts so much longer and doesn’t leave my skin raw. I made an appointment and she took her sweet time grooming and perfecting every last little hair, still leaving them nice and full. My brows have never looked better! I’m obsessed! Side note, this place is gorgeous and the staff is incredibly friendly and sweet!

The best salon in the area, period. Fiaz has been cutting my hair for over 20 years and has always been professional, knowledgable, friendly, accommodative, and up to date on the current fashion trends. I would absolutely recommend this salon especially considering how friendly and important they make you feel; there is no arrogant or snotty attitude that you see at other salons!

I have a serious peach fuzz issue (blond hair on my face for those of you who are unfamiliar). It’s not visible to anyone, but I dislike it and want it GONE! I would NEVER wax my face, it’s terrible for your skin. Thus, threading is my only option. It’s quite hard to find anyone who practices this art. I normally go out to Novi to do threading at a certain spot inside the mall. I hate driving to Novi, and I really don’t love 12 Oaks mall. My problem was solved today when I discovered that Fiaz salon offers this service. My appointment was with Gisselle. She was soooo sweet, and quite pretty. That’s important. I never want a beauty service performed by a person who looks like a mess. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, full of natural light. The room we used was spacious and warm, very comfortable and clean. Giselle took a full hour to remove every trace of fuzz, did a beautiful tweezing on my brows and was very cool to hang out with. I’m in love with her lol. I already booked my next appointment, I look forward to going back. Incredibly thorough, perfect work for this picky picky perfectionist. I also found out they have two women who offer Bio sculpt gel, another hard-​to-​find service.

Rita is amazing! The best with color, haircuts, quick, and she’s a perfectionist.

I have been going to fiaz for close to 13 years. I have tried other salons but this is by far the best salon to get your haircut at. Great staff and very reliable. Very attentive to your salon needs. I use to live in california and did business in Detroit. The haircut is so on point that I would wait until I came back to Detroit to get my haircut!!!

My experience at Fiaz Salon and Spa was amazing. Everything part of this salon from the décor to the people that work there is beautiful. The environment is professional and welcoming and I felt catered to from the minute I walked in. I left with my color and cut looking fabulous and some great new kerastase products!

My visits at Fiaz Salon with my stylist Andrea are always relaxing! Just what the Dr. ordered! She does the BEST most memorable shampoo of all the salons I’ve been too! She’s great with color and helping me decide the look I’m going for as I am «fashion challenged» and need great assistance in this department. I am always surprised at how awesome my hair looks when I leave and get several compliments even months after my visits. The atmosphere is pretty high-​end for my taste, but I still like feeling like a princess when I’m there! There are a lot of high-​maintenance people who frequent this salon so I definitely recommend this salon to someone who is particular about their stylist and salon atmosphere. The location is also convenient.

Perhaps I would have enjoyed supporting this small business and given a glowing review had that been the case. Perhaps rudeness is encouraged in this businesses environment.
Maybe having employees turning away business is the issue, not my review
