Servpro

There are many Servpro franchises with an operations manager who I dealt with who covers a few different ones in the south Jersey area. I live in Shamong, NJ which is in Burlington Co. The servpro people who served our needs were out of the berlin Nj offices who are part of the Servpro of haddon heights, voorhees and servpro of Atlantic city, Hamilton, Hammonton franchises. I though this was important to point out as i got into this review as when i was checking Unilocal and other review sites before hiring them, i got a bit confused as to who the operations are set up.
Our home had a fire in the basement with plenty of smoke damage. Servpro was selected to do the mitigation and i am extremely happy with the results. The staff who worked on site in my home were very courteous, professional, respectful and most important, trust worthy. Most of the time they spent going through all my contents i was not present but as i gave them overview type of instructions as to what i wanted to keep and or go through at a later date they were spot on with following my instructions. I don’t think i could have done any better or have expected any better than the service they performed. We just moved back into our home and i was expecting to find little areas, under the counters, cabinets ect that may have been overlooked with such a massive task of wiping down and cleaning all the surfaces needed cleaning but NOTHING, absolutely nothing was overlooked!
I dont know how they do it with such detail and consistency on a daily basis but these guys kicked ass!
Thanks John was the site manager who was at my home each day with the cleaning crew with Jack Harvey being the operations manager who made the initial call o our home.
You wont go wrong with this service from this franchise and crew. .
