The Braising Pan is a privately owned establishment that specializes in country favorites with a modern, German flare. German entrees are served at dinner, beginning at 4:30 pm. It is by no means an all German Restaurant but the signiture dishes are. The Braising Pan offers a casual atmosphere for families and friends a like, with reasonable prices for reasonable people. Food is prepared from scratch using only the finest meats, cheeses, and produce. The Braisng Pan offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all with separate services. Reservations are recommended for Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and always for parties of 6 or more. Walk ins are always welcome, but for big groups the place fills up fast.

Business Owner
Nick and Heather opened the Braising Pan Restaurant and Bar in October 2011. With meager beginnings, Heather a waitress, and her husband a laid off flooring specialist, have built the business to be a staple of West Bend. The German influences date back to the Klumb, Dhein, and Kuhn family’s old family recipes. «We strive to make sure that every one of our customers is treated like family» «Which means we feed them, we joke with them, we give them the best service we can, and send them off with a smile and a full belly» From our family to yours, we hope you enjoy your stay, and come back soon.
