Excellent staff and fantastic results!

My daughter, a 9 year old that needed chiropractic care, visited this clinic. She was assigned to Trista Bringa, DC.
As my daughter went through the initial processing, the chiropractor wanted to know many different areas of my daughter’s life to determine the best chiropractic care for her (I have been to many different chiropractors in the past, and have never been involved in such a lengthy questionnaire).
As my daughter is in shared households (⁵⁰⁄₅₀ custody), I told the chiropractor the mother’s limited info but after Trista asked to contact her mother, I was not interested in them contacting her, as I believe the father’s blessing for the service should be sufficient.
The next visit, Trista took my daughter and I in an adjustment room and told me that she will not adjust my daughter, because she wanted to know about her «blood lines» and needed to contact her mother.
I walked out very upset, as my daughter was in need of an adjustment. Eventually this worked out for the best, as I found a terrific chiropractor in West Bend and my daughter is healing well.
The long and the short of it is that Trista is clearly not interested in helping people that may be orphans, adopted, etc. due to her «blood lines» requirement.
Shame on you, Trista.
Customers are protected by laws that govern marital status.
In a nutshell, perhaps this clinic has a more professional chiropractor working there that knows the laws a bit better, however my daughter and I were not fortunate enough to meet that one.

Great place for the whole family. We have really seen a difference in our 4yr autistic daughter since coming. Thanks and highly recommend!
