I placed my order in November 2014, and I received the WRONGITEM a couple weeks later. Since that date, I have called 262−429−1121(and left voicemails to «Angie») numerous times and emailed but no responses. Finally, on January 15, 2015, Angie answered the phone when I called, and informed me the correct item was re-shipped on 1÷13÷15 and I would be receiving it soon. I never received anything. I called again on January 28, 2015, and Angie answered the phone and informed me the package had shipped on 1÷26÷2015, a different date than before. When I asked for a tracking number, she fumbled around on the computer for several minutes telling me the system was being slow, and then suddenly hung up on me. I immediately called right back, and it rang all the way through to voicemail. I tried a few minutes later with the same result, this time leaving a voicemail. I simply want the correct item to be shipped, or to simply be informed that I am never going to get service from what I thought was a reputable company! Not a company I would ever trust with my money again.
