Planet Fitness – West Bend

Easily my favorite gym that I’ve ever been a member of. Super affordable, super clean, all the equipment you could possibly need, and the staff is great.
I don’t think I’ve had to wait for any piece of equipment that I’ve waited to use since I joined 4 months ago.
Better yet there is a Vitamin/​Protein store right next door that also sells smoothies. Winning combination.

Clean spaces, friendly helpful staff, good equipment, and a great gym. Can’t beat the $ 10 monthly membership fee either. If you travel or want to tan, upgrade to the black card for $ 19 per month

Overall I was really surprised at the quality and quantity of fitness equipment at PF. They do a really nice job with the cleaning and up keep of the equipment. Even if you lift heavy, you can get a good workout in here (although the DBs only go up to 75#). The morning staff is usually friendly but the evening staff spends most of their time talking to each other and ignoring the customers.. But for 10/​mo, i dont expect that much out of the staff. The only major complaint is the showers suck. The water temp is really inconsistent and there is no space. I shower after every workout so this was disappointing to me. Also, the showers are the one area where they seem to ignore on the cleaning schedule. Some of the mens shower curtains have a build up of mold with is sort of disgusting after a workout. But overall, for a workout place, its a nice atmosphere with a lot to offer. Especially if you are a cardio addict.

Joined several months ago and for the most part, it has been a good experience. The building is new and the interiors are very nice. The work out machines are the latest kind and of course they all work very well. It is very clean (very important, especially in a fitness center!) both on the work out floor and in the locker rooms! :) A BIG POSITIVE: They have plenty of sanitation stations throughout gym! You don’t need to walk across the gym to get to the sani spray bottle and paper towels!
They keep it nice and cool inside, though you are not freezing your rump off either. They don’t bug you about personal training like some fitness chains (whether free or not). Location is convenient and there is ample parking. As a whole, Planet Fitness-​West Bend is a good place to get in shape.
