I purchased a pair of Spanx tights, I got home went to put them on and they were obviously a used pair with black feet and runs in the tights. I went back and exchanged it for another pair, I get home and take them out of the box and they tights are the wrong size in the size packaged for what I liked. I went back and was told it’s not the store’s problem. I’ve bought Spanx products at other stores and have never had an issue, so I tend to think its this specific store. Not to mention when you walk into the store there is a foul odor that the employees claims is from the new signs, when it smells more like a hazmat situation. Go to other locations, this one just isn’t worth it.
