This company is downright disgusting. They only accept exact cash and they are the rudest, grimiest people I’ve ever met. They’ll try and charge you money to give you back the belongings in your car — don’t let them, it’s illegal. By law they’re not entitled to the items within the car. I’m a volunteer firefighter/​EMT and I had some pieces of turnout gear in the car that they gave me a hard time about. Bring a cop with you if they keep pulling that crap.
The «gentleman» that I dealt with there called me a **** off to his manager, which I could clearly hear through the paper thin wall. I should’ve picked him up and threw him down the dumps that this place is located behind, but I had enough drama up to this point. They scratched the living you know what out of the hood on my collector car that shouldn’t even have been repossessed in the first place.
In addition to the exact cash you’ll have to pay them before they will give you back your car, prepare extra money for the water bill that month. It’ll be useful after the 10 hour shower you’ll need to take after walking in this place.
