This review is for Alex and Alex only. He was helpful and patient with us. He switched up our phones for us without any issues. Anthony on the other hand was impatient and was not happy about having to switch phones and info. He stated it’ll take 2 hours I’ll show you how to do it at home on iTunes. When we said well wait the 2 hours he quickly moved to another pair of customers so he wouldn’t have to deal with us and our 2 hour issue. Alex took us when he was free and although it did take about 2 hours he took care of us with a smile and patience. Thank you Alex. Second time I been to this place and Alex has always been a pleasure.
