Installed all windows from them in 2014, install process is good. I had them come over in that winter 2 to 4 time to seal some leaks we found. No fee charged, come and go easily. So far I haven’t met any problem need me to change the window glass so I don’t know if they will honor their lifetime warrant on this. But seal for leaks for free left me pretty well impression.
Agree with all other posts with their sales pitches. Dislike those at all.

Agree with all posts. They make you sign up right then and there for the added discount. Sales pitch was so long just signed up since I didn’t want to have another company come in and take 2 more hours of my time. Windows are nice but think I over paid. Install was good.

Didn’t make it past the estimate. High pressure sales tactics! 1 hr 45 minutes into sales pitch I had to demand a price. Salesman played price games with value and return on investment numbers. He wanted me to commit on the spot to get a discount. Got pushy when I refused. He tried the last change guilt trip that he took the time to see me. Price was higher than competitor for the same windows. He said they get that price because they can. I found the same exact windows from another company in the area. Saved thousands without the B.S. sales tactics.

High pressure sales tactics! We fell for it, not sure how! Not happy with any part of the sales, service or products! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH!
The windows were over priced! I am sure to tell anyone looking for home improvement NOT to go to weather tight! Very disappointed! Buyer beware! Can I do zero stars?

The salesman who sold me weathertight gutter guards indicated these were high quality gutter guards and one of the benefits was lifetime warranty and free lifetime gutter cleaning. I thus paid the premium price for these gutter guards. When I called a few years later for gutter cleaning, I was told there would be a $ 85 transport fee. I’m quite disappointed and would recommend you carefully read the fine print especially on marketing and sales gimmicks such as lifetime services and warranties and understand hidden costs. I for sure do not trust them, and will not be buying any products or services from them in the future.

Update: I’m 6 weeks into service request to reinstall a vent. Team was out at the house today, and ordered the wrong size vent. Buyer beware!

High pressure sales! Do not sign up for «free» stuff because they will keep you on their call lists! Prices are high, and quality varies depending on who installs the product. The office staff sucks! Stay clear of WeatherTight. I would recommend Lisbon Storm and Door. I have had great experiences with them.

The young lady who showed up qouted us over $ 13,000 for two doors with storms, and a garage entry. While our mouths were hanging open she told us that it was our lucky day because they were having a sale which brought the price down to slightly over $ 11,000. We had already told her that because we were having windows installed in a few weeks we wouldn’t be able to put any money down for eight weeks. We were told the discounts wouldn’t be there in eight weeks, and we had to sign now to get them, once she left it would be too late. The next day we met with Allis Industries, LOVED their products and warranties, low pressure sales pitch and a guarantee that our quote was good for a year! $ 8000 and that INCLUDES a small patio roof over the front entry! Two days later we get a call from Weathertight asking why we didn’t sign, we tell them the price was too high without the discounts, and he tells us that he will now offer the discount again if we commit? Why not just hold a quote for a few months, instead of playing games with high pressure sales tactics? The good thing is that their game playing led us to a company we feel much, much more confident in.

I had a 5 o’clock appointment. Justin arrived on time. I had read prior reviews so I was prepared for any «buy today for a 10% discount» or any other high pressured tactic as I read on the previous reviews. Justin was professional and very cordial. After a short introduction and small talk, he got right to business. «What is it you’re looking for?» I directed him to one of four of my patio doors. I am in a condo and am fully aware that the material used in these units are of the cheapest and poorest of quality. He was extremely knowledgeable about his product giving me specs and other details. My next question was how much? He retrieved his computer and after a few moments on it, he quoted me the price. There was absolutely no pressure, no pushing to do all windows, no immediate sale. Nothing. He was a perfect sales associate. Yes, they are priced high. They appear to be of great construction and quality with a lifetime warranty. I would have bought immediately if I had money. I can’t write about any other sales representative, but this guy was great.

I am ashamed of you Weather Tight Milwaukee. I recently was quoted $ 2,970.00 for you to replace my front entry door. One day later, Austin calls me and asks how I appreciated the offer. I said I didn’t because it was too high, but their sales person was friendly, on time and professional. Two days later I received a very pressing phone call from Austin claiming that Tod has a deep interest in our situation and wants to save us money and it is his prerogative to meet with recently quoted clients and save them money. I agreed to have Tod come out. The day of, I decided no again, upon calling to cancel, I was immediately forwarded to this loser Austin again who essentially promised me Tod. I agreed. So, a guy name Justin comes out to my house, and I’m like «where’s Tod.» and Justine didn’t know what was going on. Justin proceeded to write another offer, this time it was higher than the initial one promised to us by Andy. Way to go Weather Tight. You have honestly lost a customer outta me b/​c if you’re so quick to lie like this here, I can only imagine what happens once the door goes up. («oh we see you hinges need some hinge juice, that’s about $ 50, we’ll just tack that onto your quote», etc…) Worst yet is the waste of time. That’s a total of 1.5 hrs of time I sat with your sales people simply to learn that you lie. I am sickened at your organization’s complete lack of professionalism and I feel sorry for all the clients you’ve screwed over the past years.
