I can’t always get to my favorite liquor store because I’m shopping in a different part of town and I find my self here every once in a while. I have been going here for a few years out of convince and never wanted to do a review because it’s not my regular place but today I am.
I can’t complain about the liquor selection because it’s massive and I never leave here empty handed.
My problem with the place is a very common problem that I experience quite often. Male employees are constantly on the cell phone and don’t say a word to you while taking your money and not skipping any part of the cell phone conversation they are having. I find this to be so fuc*ing rude and condescending as a semi regular customer for years.
I do shop the big chains and I like to balance my spending with local places but this place has no clue how much potential customers they they turn off or how much revenue Is lost by there shi*y customer service.

HORRIBLE customer service… I will never return. When the owner tried to impose a $ 10 minimum on my debit card transaction, I informed him that was against Visa’s merchant agreement. He argued with me and told me I didn’t know the policies. He wouldn’t let up for a good 5 minutes. All the while, customers were behind me in line waiting. He was wrong, he can only impose minimums on credit card purchases NOT debit cards. Nevertheless, ridiculously bad customer service and I would stay far, far away from this place if I were you!

This place is awesome!!! Best beer selection in the area, period. I can spend 30 minutes browsing– being a beer enthusiast. Lots of regional name stays from all over the country and elsewhere and plenty of obscure breweries I’ve never heard of. There is a great selection of booze and wine as well, and a walk-​in humidor inside. Not to mention, the guys that run this place are genuinely nice, and are always willing to help you find exactly what you need. Not to shabby, west allis… Not so shabby, in fact, that I routinely go out of my way and drive the extra few miles to get here.
