Mike Juneau’s Arrow Hyundai

I came here to choose between a Nissan altima or a Toyota Corolla. My salesman was Brian. He was so nice and pleasant to talk to. A true no pressure salesman.
I didn’t buy a car today but I will be back.

I leased a 2015 Genesis. I had done my research and spelled out the terms I wanted, which included taking my leased BMW in trade and paying off the lease. It is normally very difficult to trade in a vehicle currently under lease, especially when there are still 9 months remaining on the lease. Not only did Arrow accept my terms, they countered with even better terms! There were no back-​and-​forth negotiating games or condescending sales strategies. I was most pleased with Arrow’s straight forward and totally honest approach. Our salesperson, Colleen Rauth, and her partner Roger were extremely helpful, patient, and friendly, as well as the rest of Arrow’s staff.
I would highly recommend Arrow to anyone.

I have been looking for a new (er) car for a few weeks, and have checked out the selection at different dealerships (including other Hyundai dealers). Unlike the other places I test drove with, the sales person and sales manager were not rude, nor passive aggressive in their sales tactics. I respect that. Brian N. was polite, knowledgable, and really made sure to go the extra mile in answering my questions about the car I finally selected. The sales manager and financing person were also friendly and honest about the sales and financing numbers. I couldn’t be happier with the car I selected and the service I received.
Kudos also for the great customer lounge and coffee selection!

I cannot say enough great things about Brian N. at Arrow Hyundai. After a terrible experience at Russ Darrow Mazda, Brian and his manager were a breath of fresh air. They listened to our needs and wants and helped us pick the perfect vehicle and payment plan for us.

Will NEVER buy a car from here again! Sold an unsafe vehicle! Thought I got a good deal, haha. My window stopped rolling down 2 days after I bought it, took it in and they said well it’s not acting up now so it’s fine, but did you know that your air bag won’t deploy? I was told the air bag light meant the air bag was on, yeah it means that my air bag won’t work! Still waiting on the part to fix it. Definitely do not feel safe in my car. Would NOT recommend this dealership to anybody EVER!

We had a 5:00 appt to pick up my new car. we got there and Anthony told us to just wait at his desk for the business woman to see us first. Anthony then went out and dealt with some other customers even though there were other salesmen just sitting around doing nothing. More than a half hour later the business woman had us sign the papers and we could finally get out of there. I thought it was super rude of them to make us wait when we had an appt and the other people just dropped in and they dealt with them first.

This place has excellent customer service from my 1 time visit. I had Jason in the service dept and he gave some of the best service I’ve had anywhere. FAST, friendly, direct. What else could a customer ask for? Plus, they have a pretty awesome coffee/​hot choc machine in the waiting area. I will def be back for my next car servicing needs. Just in to check my brakes (which ended up being my AVS) and refill on wiper fluid & oil change. 5 stars!

I expected to have an unpleasant buying experience because that’s what seems to happen every time I buy a car. I looked at dealers inline and Mike Juneau seemed to have the best prices. Upon entering the dealership, I was met by Mike H. I told Mike that I wanted to test drive and I was ready to go in about 5 minutes. When I returned from the test drive, I expected to be given the hard sell but that didn’t happen. I realized that I didn’t have much time to discuss my purschase that day so I told Mike that I would be back tomorrow. When I came back the next day, Mike had the car I wanted in the color I wanted. I expected to have to bicker over what I would get for my trade in and was given more than I expected. The finance guy was personable and didn’t dazzle me with numbers. I love my new car and my experience with the dealer was painless. I will let you know what happens with my first oil change.

I used to really like this dealership. We had 2 Hyundai’s in our househould and had such good luck w/​the cars & the service w/​any warranty issues. It was always very easy to make a service appointment and get any little thing fixed. They even replaced the driver’s seat for free because something felt odd after an accident I had.
We went back for some service this week on my husband’s car which is still under warranty. They were odd on the phone, not trusting the milage my husband told them that was on the car. He had a problem with a belt and they wanted to charge a $ 50 diagnostic fee just to look at it. In the 5 years we’ve been going here we were never charged a fee to look at the car and my husband told them that and they said they would waive the fee over the phone.
So we get there and again the fee came up and my husband said they would waive it. The man was rude and said «no, my people need to get paid for their time». So we left and went to another place that did not charge to look at it. Crazy… we won’t be going back for service.
I also had an odd salesperson after my hyundai was totalled and I needed a new car. I ended up leaving and not getting another hyundai which I’m glad I did since their service stinks now.
