We specialize in American Fusion. We like to take all American classic dishes and throw our own culinary twists on them. Besides the Bistro, we also offer full service catering for business meetings, holiday parties, birthdays, weddings and much more. In the summer months you can also find us out at local events and farmers markets with our twisted dog carts. (gourmet dogs with a twist).

History

Established in 2011.

Culinary Twists started as a gourmet heat and eat meals for seniors service. Although this was fun and we met some very interesting people, we felt we weren’t fulfilling what we wanted to be about. We quickly evolved from doing gourmet meals to gourmet hot dogs at local farmers markets and catering for several different types of events. Just recently we added the Culinary Twists Bistro to our family.

Business Owner

I have been cultivating my love for food and creating in the kitchen from an early age and have always enjoyed creating dishes from unique food items. I obtained my Associate degree at Waukesha County Technical College in Culinary Management. WCTC is also where I met my business partner Amber. I love to take classic American dishes and put my own unique twists on them. I am always looking for that next dish to twist and love to hear the comments from the people that eat these tasty creations.
