Run away! Don’t buy anything from these guys!
These guys are idiots, crooks, liars, and unprofessional.
They wasted a lot of my time, tried every high pressure sales tactic in the book, lied about the «Kelly Blue Book» prices, lied to my face about almost every detail of the car, hid broken parts of the car from me, then offered to repair it for an ungodly inflated price.
To add insult to injury, they were rude, unprofessional, had a care less attitude, and as far as I am concerned they can go F themselves.
I will never buy anything from these guys, nor would I ever trust them to do a repair on my car. They are the reason car dealers have such a bad reputation.

This mini car dealership in Wesley Chapel is like impossible to enter. I ended up driving by it three times on State Road 56th and there’s no entrance from the front to enter the building. I finally round around and came up a side road and I don’t know I got in the back in found my way into the dealership.
I don’t know all their dealerships are like this but I tend to want to believe that they are. It’s kind of a futuristic concept coupled with a laid back attitude makes for a nice shopping experience.
There was a bull dog walking around the showroom which was really a cool touch. There was a car stuffed with Bulldogs that I guess if you guess the right amount of Bulldogs in there you won the car. The salesman could wear jeans sneakers whatever their normal attire was I imagine. The dealership was decorated with Holly decorations for the upcoming holiday.
Mini cooper also has a feature where you can go online and build your own car at 8 exactly what you want and none of the things that you don’t want so you’re paying for exactly the car that you desire. I don’t know if this is a completely new concept but it certainly is to me. I like the thought of being able to pick and choose my colors and the features I want in the vehicle I’m going to be driving.
What’s a girl to do? Go online and create your own vehicle!

Leased a car from here recently. Plenty of inventory and variety.
The salesman, Leon, was friendly, not pushy and never resorted to the usual ‘car salesman’ shenanigans. The deal was done pretty quickly mostly because there wasn’t any bullshit or hidden charges. Only two rounds of the dreaded ‘trip to the manager’s office’ and we had an agreement.
Finance was easy, a bit of upselling involved, but just the standard stuff. The finance manager Jesus has gone out of his way to help a couple of times already, most recently by issuing a new temp tag since the state is taking their sweet time sending my real one.
At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted for the price and terms I wanted. What more is there really?

Wow, talk about not having any idea how to treat customers and remembering what you had promised. This was a text sent to me from the business manager with a counter offer for a car I was looking to purchase:
I just spoke with my service manager, unfortunately we will not be able to get a lifetime of free oil changes, but what I can do is provide you with 2 free oil changes and a free tank of gas when you come back to our dealership. Also the 8800 instead of the 9,000. And someone else finish paperwork. And we will try and get out of here as quick as possible so you don’t have to spend a lot of your time.
Then I made an additional offer and got this email back:
Sir I spoke with my GM, and he said that he appreciates your offer but unfortunately can not get to that price. He said that we can do it at 9,000 3 free oil changes and a full tank of gas. I tried my very best.
I replied and asked about the other offer and got this reply:
My GM was under the impression that the offer of 9,000 was gives on day of sale. I sat Him down and told him No that offer was given to you after you left, the next day. He said Oh, then we will honor that offer.
HORRIBLE — LIARS — DISHONEST — DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME — If they are likes this prior to the sale imagine if you have an issue with the car after you purchase! If you chose to deal with them get everything in writing as I did because obviously it changes dramatically.

Took my 2003 Mini Cooper in to fix the passenger side window that would not roll up. The regulator had failed but the motor was still good. They charged me almost $ 500 to fix it. On top of that, they gave me a long list of items that was wrong with my car to include making the statement that the mechanic «was afraid to test drive the car because the brakes were so bad». Simply not true, the brake pads needed replacing, but were not yet metal upon metal. Unfortunately I was out of town and my wife paid them the additional $ 600+ to replace the brake pads and rotors. I got my window fixed and new pads and rotors for almost $ 1400. What I found particularly interesting of the 8 item list of things that needed to be fixed (to the tune of $ 3,000+) they failed to notice that I had my muffler suspended by a coat hangar. Not the detailed once over they said they performed. Mini USA contacted me for a survey and I slammed Mini f Wesley Chapel, to which the manager responded. I responded and now haven’t heard anything more from them ever again. It’s really too bad, they seemed like a nice service department but it’s obvious to me they were more interested in creating things to fix than to fix the items I requested be fixed. I would never go to them again and I will recommend to all my friends to avoid them as well.

BEWARE. BEWARE…BEWARE. Never trust these folks. Special ordered my 2008S
from Ferman. Great car. Factory recall to this dealer. Tried to tell me at 42 000, I needed brakes at a VERY high estimate. In fact, the estimate was not even done on the service dept. print out. Hand written. BIG RED FLAG. I did not fall for this ripoff attempt. I have owned big boats, motorcycles, raced KARTS, and a PCA (Porsche Club) member for years, so I’m pretty good mechanic. Confirmed my opinion by taking it to a local shop I have know and done business with for years. They confirmed that 75−80% of wear remaining. Not needed AT ALL.
Bottom line: don’t trust this place for service.
And usual with car dealers, one side of the dealership is like the other.

I bought a 2013 Mini Cooper and had a WONDERFUL experience with the entire staff, especially Mike. He made the entire car buying experience verrrry easy! The crew at Wesley Chapel was very pleasant to work with and they worked within my budget and needs.
Mike even picked me up from the airport after I dropped off my rental car. I did not even ask, HE OFFERED! The entire crew went above and beyond my expectations and I will definitely be doing business with them again and spreading the word how great they are!

These guys are fantastic, great with customer service, honest and they are very accommodating. Personalities and patience make these two a great fit for what they do on the front end and that says a lot for the dealership– they deserve a bonus. I have a choice for where to have my MINI serviced & will choose these guys, hands down.

I love my 2010 MINI Cooper S, unfortunately it’s in the dealership for warranty issues a lot! But with that being said the guys in service do take care of me. The older guy who is the porter is such a pleasure! He is always so friendly and helpful.
What an absolute disaster this MINI has been! Nothing but issues, last time it was in for service for like 30 days!!! Their new service manager is a real creep and I have zero confidence in their techs. Don’t buy a MINI! I got rid of it after 18 months and leased a VW.
