They charged $ 6.95 for a simple 100% rayon blouse. Silk blouse is at best ‘forgivable’ for that price, but not rayon. I am never going back there again.

Worst experience with cleaners I’ve ever had. I took a jacket in to repair a belt loop, they told me it would take a week. I just picked it up and paid almost $ 7, hit to my car and realized they cleaned it but didn’t fix the belt loop. I didn’t ask for it to be cleaned. I went back in, they said oh well I told you I required cleaning before she would work on it and she said she can’t fix it. First of all, I was never told it required cleaning. Seconf of all, why wasn’t I called when you realized you couldn’t provide your services to me? Or at the very least, tell me when I got there. Thank you for keeping my $ 7 for a service I didn’t ask for and not at all doing what I came in for– I will not return and I suggest you go elsewhere as well. First and last experience here.

The staff is supper friendly and always helpful in answering any questions. The prices seem to compare to others in the area and I have had no problems or issues with the quality of service. They also have same day service if you drop them off before 9AM I believe. The drive through also makes things nice if your in a hurry and don’t wish to get out of the car…

Would not recommend if you are trying to get alterations completed. I have been waiting 2 weeks and made 2 trips, for 2 shirts to be altered and after today neither one is even started. A wasted 2 weeks in my opinion and I paid for the dry cleaning of the shirts which does me no good because now I still need to get the original alterations completed and both shirts cleaned again :-( Details: I dropped off both shirts and explained that I needed 2 buttons moved at the bottom of the shirt and 2 button holes created. When I picked up the shirt the following week I was given one shirt and told the other one had not been completed. SInce they nicely hung my shirt in the back seat I did not notice it was not completed until I went to hang it in my closet. :-(I made a trip two days later to get the other shirt that was to be completed and took the one back only to find out they do not do button holes. Now… why was I not told this prior to two weeks were wasted and the money spent on dry cleaning? Lack of customer service maybe. not listening to the customer… I do not know, but I will be taking my stuff a few extra miles in the opposite direction to Kathy’s Custom from now on.
