Credit card theft doesn’t just happen to people who are careless with their credit cards; it happens to Payment Card Industry and Security Experts too. That’s because the payment card brands and issuing banks fail to meet the PCI Data Security Standard (DSS) requirement 3.3 «Mask PAN when displayed;» as long as your sensitive credit card account number is printed in clear text on your credit card then you will be forced to trust merchant employees not to make a copy of this information for themselves. Through Ty Huelle’s personal struggle with credit card theft, he formed MaskYourCard LLC with hopes to secure the payment transaction process and assist the payment card brands and issuing banks with meeting PCI compliance requirement 3.3.

Ty Huelle, CEO and founder of MaskYourCard LLC has over 15 years experience of protecting business’ sensitive data from information disclosure and has spent the last 7 years of his career focused on preventing credit card theft as a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Auditor and Information Security Architect. Ty Huelle holds the following top information security certifications in the industry:
