I’m not one for leaving bad reviews unless really deserved. I ended up walking out because the wait was so long. They had people waiting to be seen for almost 2 ½ hours! The icing on the cake was the receptionist told everyone that came in it was going about a 30 minute wait. It took longer than that for them to call even one of the people in front of me

Had to come here for quite a bit of lab work! Unbeknownst to me, my doctor ordered a urine sample, even though I had just come from a drug and alcohol screen at Quest Diagnostics. The lady who was going to collect my samples was super-​duper nice and patient and gave me some tips on what to do so that I’d be able to give them more pee! She waited almost thirty minutes and was happy to collect as soon as I was ready! She also explained the billing and insurance to me thoroughly! She was friendly and gentle! Great experience!

Make sure you do not go on a monday or a Friday. I tried to make an appointment a week before but they have one slot per 15 minutes. There was one person drawing blood, one person doing drug tests and it simply was not enough. I had never waited this long. The employee at the front desk was rude to other customers, but I had no issue otherwise.
