Found this place 2 years ago and have never gone anywhere else. Ownership is awesome ! Affordable. Always offer specials and no stress, pressure or contacts very professional with a great atmosphere.

Awesome massage. Just what i needed. Marie is great and definitely recommend her. I like firm pressure and she applied just the righr amount.

Had an incredibly positive experience here recently on a recent visit to Tampa to spend some time with family. I was suffering from an impinged nerve in my neck/​upper back. I really do mean suffering. I couldn’t work or even move without a stinging pain shooting up through my right side, and causing brutal headaches in the occipital region, depending on the angle I moved my arm. It got pretty rough, so I started looking for some relief in the Tampa area, out of desperation.
Ideal Massage, it’s all in the name. The place is superb. I did not have a preference for who worked with me and was assigned Christy N.. She was cool and friendly, and really tailored the session around my chief complaint. Afterwards, she even showed me stretches that would prevent something like that from happening in the future. I’ve been utilizing these stretches every morning and after every workout now. It would take another 7 – 10 days for the pain to go away entirely, as these things take time to heal (sometimes up to 5 weeks!). But that day was the only real relief I had gotten in that whole period.
As a medical employee, I received a discount as well, and the same goes for firefighters/​police. My wife went with me for a session and was thrilled with her experience.
100% worth a visit, whether you’re in pain or just tensed up. Don’t forget to take care of your LMTs with a tip if you enjoyed their work!

I have been here twice and both experiences were great. Today I saw Britain, one of their only male therapists, and he was both professional and very skilled (I used to be an LMT so I feel confident in my opinion). It was relaxing and they add extra touches like using a hot towel to relax muscles.
I am only giving 4 stars because the bathroom was not super clean and the waiting area was cluttered, and I feel like neither makes a great first impression.

Danielle was AWESOME!!! She is very knowledgeable about reflexology and giving an effective deep tissue massage! I honestly could feel a difference halfway through the massage when I could move my shoulder with less pain. Speaking of pain (good pain). I’m in a ton of it today only because she gave a great massage. No pain, no gain right? Lol I will definitely be coming back for another one soon.

I was in desperate need of a massage ASAP due to stress and was able to get a same day appointment! They have GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Their intake form made the little things that other places usually have trouble with so easy (e.g. areas to be massaged, amount of pressure, aromatherapy, etc.). Unlike other places, the therapist only worked on the areas that I asked for and really solved my tension issues. I LOVE that I received a FULL 60 MINUTE massage that did not include the time it took me to undress. Actually, I got called in a few minutes late, but the therapist made up the time. Other spas could really learn something here. In any case, I am DEFINITELY RETURNING. Other pluses: no membership requirements, very nice staff, and great incentives to come back (e.g. 20% off on Tuesdays and Thursdays, $ 5 for referrals, etc.).

The room is quite and the tables are warmed

I randomly chose this place and knowingly took a chance of receiving a mediocre massage. However, I can not rave enough of how amazing Kimberly Rusnak is!
My god, I think this was my first real massage in my entire life!!!
I requested the deeeeeeeep tissue massage, and she verified my request and asked of any other concerns and pain I need I attended to. During the massage, I believe I may have passed out a couple of times. Once the massage was over, she took months of built up knots off my shoulders! I felt like a brand new person!

When I go to a spa, I usually get exfoliation scrubs, but this time I wanted something more. I have been having difficulties sleeping. Erin P. suggested I go to Ideal Massage & Spa. I looked over their website, and was excited to see they offer scrub and massage combos. They also have other options such as a Bamboo massage, and stone massage to name a few.
I picked out an hour and a half massage with full body scrub. When I arrived, I could tell that this place was calming. I met with Erica, and she did a great job. My massage and scrub were so wonderful and relaxing. The combination of the massage and scrub together made it perfect. I was able to finally get some sleep.
Ideal Massage is located behind the Sam’s Club off of 56 in the Seven Oaks Professional Buildings.
Make sure to ask them about their specials. I was able to get 20% right away with working in the education field. I just showed them my business csrd.
The month of your birthday, your massage is 30% off. Also in May, they have a special for 30 min free for those in education. There are also 20% discounts on Tuesdays and Thursdays for other career fields. Check their website, or just ask.
If you are looking for some relaxation, or have some painful muscles, Ideal Massage will come to the rescue.

If you need to relax and unwind — this is the place to schedule some much needed R&R! The staff is friendly and vary attentive. I always have the best experience here. I have been to many massage and spas and this one is by far the most reasonable in price and best in quality!

Had a 60 min massage with Jermesia. Absolutely wonderful. She worked on the areas I requested to focus on and I left feeling fantastic. Hot towels were a great addition. Will definitely return again!

My new favorite place in Tampa. I will tell every person I meet about this place. I have had different therapists, my boyfriend has, we even brought our family members, and everyone has been top notch. Monthly specials, no BS fees, very skilled and well-​trained therapists that make you feel amazing. I will be coming here at least once a month, even without the special, because their prices beat anyone in the area. I would honestly pay double for the caliber of service they provide. Wonderful place!

I always enjoy getting a massage from here, especially with all the deals they have occurring. I prefer deep tissue massages; however, I tried the bamboo massage once this week since I have a very bad trigger point in my right shoulder. It was amazing! With the heat from the bamboo and the pressure applied, I will have to continue to find bamboo massages. I came back today to continue to get the trigger point released. The other lady who treated me was amazing with deep pressure. I highly recommend this place. They are very patient oriented, inexpensive for a grad student like me, and enough time options that allows you to pencil it into your busy day. I always love going here.

I am still struggling with some residual pain from my cervical surgery last July. Woke up one morning recently and was paralyzed with pain in my lower back. Decided to turn to my amazing referral service — the one and only « Unilocal» and try to find a masseuse in the Wesley Chapel area. When I phoned to make an appointment the receptionist was very accommodating and worked me in that day for a deep tissue massage. When I walked into the facility — it was very tranquil, calm and clean. I filled out the required paperwork and was taken back by a masseuse named Yoko. Wish I had booked for 90 minutes versus an hour. She was incredible. We discussed all the available treatments they offer from facials to waxing. Best of all — they are open seven days a week (Monday through Friday 9 to 8, Saturday 9 to 7, and Sunday 11 to 5) to meet every clients busy schedule. Every Tuesday and Thursday all the treatments are 20% off and if you are a teacher, law enforcement, medical field, military/​vet, pregnant, or a senior citizen they automatically give you 20% off — of course proper credentials are required, but that is pretty spectacular. Conveniently located in the heart of Wesley Chapel behind Sam’s Club. Cannot give them five stars because when I rescheduled my next appointment for two days later — when I arrived — was not on the schedule (one can only surmise that because the young receptionist was on her cell phone — she had rescheduled me for two weeks later not two days). The owner was extremely professional, helpful, and apologetic — she going to work me in, but I could not wait 30 minutes. She was kind enough to offer me a free massage for the inconvenience – (if you are reading this — thank you very much). Perhaps I will try them again one day, but I will for sure call and reconfirm my appointment before arrival. Overall — I would definitely give them a try — the massage by Yoko was incredible. Great massages. I started going there when I had a gift card for a free 30 min. massage. Honestly, that 30-​min massage was better than most 60-​min massages I’d had elsewhere. I’ve been back several times and seen four different massage therapists. All of them were great and focused on exactly what I said I wanted. I have recommended them to many friends and know others who are loyal customers as well. They offer excellent deals and also a 20% every day discount for teachers, police, fire and rescue, military, etc. which is awesome. The front desk is always courteous and helpful too. Love this place!

Fantastic place. I have been going here for years. No contracts. Reasonable prices. Fantastic massage therapists. They can help you heal any physical ailments as well as just give you a relaxing massage. If you have not tried it, I feel like you may want to. You will just love it

This place is THE BEST! I’ve had Nicole several times now and always feel great afterwards. The prices are reasonable and the front desk staff are always friendly and professional. We are getting ready to move soon… will really miss this place!

Went for massage here and was blown away! I’ve been to the chain places like envy and others but this one is by far better. The prices are better any other place also. If your looking for well trained, very professional, excellent massage therapists than sign up here you can only feel more relaxed!

Looking for a massage today and found Ideal here on Unilocal.Staff was courteous and friendly (those traits are harder to find than you might expect) on the phone AND in person. Rates are very good, Christine took great care of me and the space was super relaxing. I have already booked my next appointment!
I only wish I could book the space for a little more «me» time or perhaps a nap. A girl can wish ;)

The proprietor of My Ideal Massage, Dawn, has come up with an astounding combination. Her prices are very fair and the services she provides are top notch. I’ve been to My Ideal Massage several times and have never had a bad or even mediocre experience.
When you walk in the door you’re greeted by a friendly front desk who usually will tell you that your therapist with be right with you. The massage rooms are clean and welcoming as are the tables. I have received some of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life from Katie (who unfortunately isn’t there any more), Ashley and Laura. They’ve taken care of pinched nerves very effectively and put me into a state of nirvana/​extreme relaxation. When you’re finished the front desk is again very helpful and they provide you with a bottle of water on the way out.
For their prices one might expect lower quality service. Please, do not let this deter you. Dawn and her crew would be a steal at twice the price and I can’t recommend My Ideal Massage enough!
