Retained Mrs Williams, because she was referred by the FL State Bar for the Low Fee Panel (which is what they refer you to when you are low income) & she is a Fathers Rights Attrny. She dragged my case on for years, disappeared one day (for 2 months) while having a baby (never even alerting us that she was due to have a child or would be taking maternity time off), left us to communicate with an unknown Attrny in another county that had no knowledge of our case. More times than I can count she failed to call for a phone appointment with me (at least 6 times I can recall). Though once in court she was able to help my case a bit, once my case was almost finished, she demanded more money to complete it. No money, no more representation. And what was the outcome? I had no more money, lost my case & all rights to my child. No police record, no DCFS record, no physical or substance abuse in my history. But I lost my case. And a ton of time & money. Now it has been over 2 yrs since Ive seen my child. Thanx alot!
