Best Smoke Shop & Hookah

I went in The Best Smoke shop & Hookah, this guys are the biggest liars! Their e-​cigs are such crap and break within thirty days. If you be the 7’s brand hybrid e-​cig it will last you for ever. You really have to be destructive to destroy it because it is made of metal. I like the 7’s brand of the e-​cig liquid but they told me that 7’s went out of business and started pushing another brand on me. I said no and I left and called 7’s and asked if they were going out of business. But that is not true, I don’t like liars carma will come back at you for down lying about other businesses closing their door so you can promote another product.

Counterfeit Merchandise: I recently purchased an «Original» Atmos Raw RX Vaporizer from these gentlemen only to find out later that the unit was counterfeit. I had my initial suspicions when I compared the unit to a real original unit that I purchased directly through Atmos website. Once I was convinced they had sold me a counterfeit unit, I contacted Atmos directly and after sending them photographs of the unit and box, they confirmed my suspicions that it was indeed a counterfeit unit.
I try to be a nice guy and do the right thing, I went back into the store, explained the situation and asked them to «do the right thing», the guy laughed in my face, mocking me, He admitted to knowing that he was selling products not made or manufactured by Atmos but did not care, he told me to have someone do something about it, so that is exactly what I did and am doing. I contacted my credit card agency, they are sending me forms to help document the situation and get me the information to go to the authorities.
The fact that they are knowingly selling counterfeit merchandise without a conscience leaves me to leave this review as a warning to others, BUYERS BEWARE … There are many resources on the web that will help you determine the authenticity of a unit even before you buy it, and if you are still unsure contact the manufacturer directly before purchasing from these people.
