Beef ‘O’ Brady’s

First and foremost, let me say that I am a server at another Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, and I just didn’t feel like driving to my job to get food. Therefore, I went to this one, which is only five minutes away. WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! I’m five and a half months pregnant, and was starving. When we got there on Monday (June 13^th, 2016), the waitress just told us «Take a seat wherever.», then she walked away. When we finally got our waitress, she hurried us for our drinks then left, returning about five minutes later. We got our orders in, me with wings and my friend with a BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with NO PICKLES (she’s highly allergic). We tried to get our waitress’s attention multiple times to add another app, but only got another waitress’s attention. She looked seriously annoyed that we would bother her, but put in our order. Everything was fine until we got our food about 25 minutes later. Our waitress never once came to check on us. No refills, no anything. We had to send back the burger with the same waitress who looked annoyed, because THERE WERE PICKLES ON IT! Fries were cold, drinks still not refilled, wings were crappy. Overall, bad experience. I learned my lesson now that if I want good food, I’ll take the drive to Temple Terrance. Forget this place. NEVER COMING BACK!

Went there on Saturday with my husband, sister and brother in law. The waitress was terrible. As soon as we sat down she wanted our order. She never asked if we wanted appetizers. My husband ordered the fish entrée. It was just a piece of white fish on a plate, no garnish, no sides just the fish. He did get coleslaw and ordered a side salad. When we finished our meal, we were not offered coffee or dessert. It seemed like she was pushing us out the door the whole time we were there. The food was nothing special, just ok. We are never going back.

Taco Tuesday, best time to go here. Menu is great, fairly price and prepared the way you limited it.

Lunch ,
I had 8 extra hot wings and a side salad .

One star doesn’t even give this restaurant justice, give them no stars is more appropriate. I do not live far from this Beef’s location and I will tell you after my experience my family and I will never step foot into this establishment again!
When the owner flat out lies about the kitchen staff telling a new employee, who by the way, is a server (they serve beer, wine, and spirits) is not even 18 yrs old is appalling to me! I do believe by Florida State Law, one has to be at least 18 to work in an establishment serving alcohol.
At the end of the day, when the owner flat out lies to a customer’s face shows how the establishment is ran. I ordered something and when the food finally came (it took about 45 minutes and it was not busy whatsoever) my food was cold. I told my server and she was going to have the kitchen remake it for me.
The kitchen instructed this poor new server to just put it in the microwave to reheat and bring back to me. I am not a stupid individual and I could tell just like anyone else could tell that it was the same food that I sent back and just put in the microwave. I think that everyone knows that when you do the contents, chicken, steak, etc. dries out in a very noticeable way; especially, when it was dry to begin with!
I was very polite to the owner as my husband frequents this establishment very often, the owner lied and I caught him in his lie. He could not even look me in my eyes and walked away. He was so unprofessional, he did not even bring out the new meal out to me. The moral of this is an owner will do anything to cover their butt and through their employees under the bus.
I highly recommend NOT to go to this specific Beef’s and go to one who cares about both their customers, their staff, and the quality of their food. Team South Tampa Beef’s and any other Beef’s EXCEPT this one. I give this particular Beef’s 10 plus NEGATIVE stars.

The positives:
It’s the least busy Beef’s I’ve ever been to.
The food is pretty much what you’d expect.

We do go here because it’s close to the house, but it isn’t my favorite. Overall the Beef O’ Brady’s chain is overpriced for the quality of food you get, but they have expanded the menu to include some burrito bowls and some more healthy options. But it is a sports bar, with a sports bar atmosphere, so it doesn’t strike you as «clean» and the service is sub-​par. The food is fried bar food for the most part, and while they do have a full bar, their specials are on beer. And chicken wings. This Beef’s just happens to be slow as heck when it comes to service.

I’m very particular about where I spend my money for chicken. I recently found out that day on Wednesdays is 65 cent chicken wings I was very surprised of how well they did chicken wings. I’ve had bad experiences with other beef o Bradys .but along with their really good sandwiches and vast amounts of different dipping sauces I was very impressed and I will be back on Wednesday evening for a couple of beers and some good wings

Worst Beef’s I have ever seen. We entered at 1pm and they were not busy. Only about 5 tables with customers, BUT 9 tables we dirty and not cleared and remained that way until we left! Our lunch was satisfactory and if it wasn’t for the $ 4.99 monday burger I’d say over priced. After being served our food we were never checked on again. Drinks never refilled and we had to get someone to give us our check so we could leave. I do not recommend this Beef’s!

Don’t waste your time or your money! I was not expecting an amazing dining experience at Beef O’ Brady’s but even with my lowered expectations I was disappointed. I ordered the grilled shrimp… just terrible. It was edible but barely. The photo in the menu implied large sized shrimp (31 – 35 per pound). Didn’t happen. Add flavorless rice and soggy broccoli and this was my meal. Sad, sad and sad. Also, my husband’s chicken caesar salad was unpleasant looking and tasteless. Dressing from a jar with a hideous gray color. It seems that the kitchen just slapped it together. There was no care in the dishes. Once again, I wasn’t expecting a four star meal but this was really, really bad. I didn’t complain to the manager or the servers because I don’t think they would have been able to fix the problems. This is a problem of apathy and lack of skills in the kitchen. I will not recommend this to anyone. (We normally never go to Beef O’ Brady’s but we had a certificate for a free kid’s meal.) We will never eat there again.

Great staff and great food. Staff was recognizing us after only our 3^rd visit. Not sure if that is a reflection of their memory or our unforgettable personalities lol. Overall everytime I go there it is a pleasant experience.

Service was decent — food was hot. The amount of kids running around being loud was obnoxious and out of control. Not sure it’s Beef’s fault or if they can control that, but it made the dining experience less than perfect.

Fajitas

The Strawberry limeade was very very sour on the first try today. They replaced it when we told them, but it was still not quite right. I think they must mix it freehand and not exactly. They took it off of the bill and gave my wife another drink. They are pretty quick here getting you fed.

Beef’s is my favorite spot whenever I go home! Chicken wings from here are always going to be my fave!
