The service was good (our server was a regular for my MIL and she was pleasant, but didn’t go out of her way), the atmosphere was okay (I sunk into the both seat, and even at 6’2″ the table was already too much taller than the seat), but the food was plentiful and tasty (although the meatball was boring and the marinara sauce was a bit watery). It won’t go on my ‘must return’ list, but it was an okay first trip.

This is by far the best Pizza in Berks County!!!
I have had their pizza over 100 times and it never fails.
The trick is get extra sauce on a plain cheese pizza and you will never go anywhere els. I have also had their meat lovers pizza and it is to die for. I have tried almost every pizza joint in Berks County and I have yet to find anything that even compares. As far as the Restaurant half goes it is a hit or miss.

We have done take out a number of times since they opened and we have not been disappointed once. Pizza is fantastic and I love the sauce. Not oily like most places around. Dinners are great and they give you a big portion, which works out for lunches or a quick meal during the week.
I have had pizza from places in NYC, lived in North Jersey and would say that Tosco’s is just as good, and that is saying a lot.

Lousy food. The dining room has delusions of grandeur– not sure if they want a pizza joint or a restaurant.
That said, the food is woefully inadequate. Middle American pizza, but around here, pizza should be good not the bland sauce on bread one sees in Idaho!
At one time they had the Italian, very delicate cookies called Sfogliatella– deviously delicious but they stopped making them. They alone made the visit to this place worth it. Without the cookies– buy a frozen pizza and make it yourself– it is better.

This place is fantastic. Everything here is really really good. Some of my favorites are the bbq chicken pizza, the bbq crispy chicken wrap, any of the pressed paninis (thursdays only), the grilled chicken spring salad, the garlic bread chicken parm sub, and both the chicken and regular cheesesteaks. They also have really good lasagna and garlic bread that just melts in your mouth. This is the absolute BEST italian food around. They offer a very nice dining room as well. Also the staff is super friendly and very fast. An absolute 5 star place hands down– all around.

Food cold. Wings were reheated, they were dry and the sauce was burned on, meatball pram cold as well. Told our waitress and front counter person and they did nothing to make us go back.

This place is rather new and is operated by a kid who seems to be doing it right. The atmosphere is great, nice big booths for seating large families, a monster tv to watch games on, and decent staff. From the outside it looks really tiny, but once you step inside you’re initial thoughts have vanished.
Their food was great both times that I’ve been there. The pizza is really tasty, and their hot sandwiches are great! But what blows me and my friends away is the huge selection provided on the menu! We can’t believe that they can operate as a business with that much to choose from, and sort of felt overwhelmed. I guess that’s what sets Tosco aside from the rest though, a huge menu and great food.
Definitely recommend if you haven’t tried it yet.
