Very disappointing. Some of the staff are very friendly and kind, but the food quality has gone WELL BELOW standards lately. I usually order the same item each time through the drive-​thru, a grilled chicken club without mayo. (4) times now in a row going to this location I have been given a sandwich that is soaking wet, bun ripped, one shriveled tomato and a chicken patty that is chewy in some places. Every single time I go back I think to myself that things will be different but it hasn’t stopped. Today was my very last time.

I’ve never been a huge Hardee’s fan… Its always seemed like the company goes out of their way to make the most unhealthy burgers etched on the planet. My recent trip here was in the drive through… I placed my order and drove to the window where an older woman took my payment and gave me the food. Not a word from her, and she just kind of tossed the bag at me. If there was a competition for the most unfriendly staff, this woman would be the world champion.

It took 10 minutes through the drive thru for a standard combo. After receiving my meal I got fries instead of onion rings. When I called them about it instead of getting the call answered I heard a fax or dial up modem noise. Tried calling back, but the line was busy.
The burger itself looks smashed. The bun is ripped and misshapen as if it was a bakery mishap.
There are other food options in Wentzville Parkway. I will be avoiding Hardee’s from now on.

Had a big hot ham n cheese obsession, let’s just say that quickly came to an end. Prices have gone up and quality doesn’t even exist. Three strikes, you’re out!

Try to go here for lunch yesterday, and the drive thru service was so slow! Finally got fed up with waiting and decided to eat somewhere else. When I drove by after eating somewhere else, the line had barely budged! That was about 10 to 15 minutes.
