History

Established in 2001.

A Clean Solution was established in October of 2001 initially as an auto detailing business. After being in business for 6 months, a carpet cleaning company wash purchased and became the main business of A Clean Solution. We discovered that a great need existed in the cleaning industry for an honest, reliable service provider. Since then, it has been our goal to fill that need. Over the years, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning and oriental rug cleaning have been added to our list of specialty services. In 2007, our big truck was put in service. This new equipment allows us to provide the most thorough, fastest drying and most efficient cleaning process in the industry. A Clean Solution adopted Green Seal certified cleaning agents in 2010 to provide the safest cleaning possible for our clients, their pets and their properties. As always, A Clean Solution looks forward to providing you with the best customer service experience possible.

Business Owner

Hello, I, m Scot, owner and operator of A Clean Solution carpet cleaning. I have a long background in customer service. My customer service experience started in telecommunications in 1992. I was a Field Service Engineer, responsible for technical setup of central office equipment and customer training. As a direct customer interface, I guided the customer through every step from installation to sign off on the completed project. In 2001 I started A Clean Solution with the goal pf providing the most amazing customer service experience for my clients. I have continued my education in the industry and hold many certifications in the cleaning industry. Each year, I attend continuing education seminars and training to allow me to provide the most effective and efficient service possible. As always, I look forward to serving you.
