Growing up in Wenatchee I started my cycing adventures very early, around 5, quickly cycling to me became my other passion aside from skiing in the winter. Around high school I started enjoying road biking much more and for most of high school road biking was favorite activity to do. Every thing changed as I acquired and became acquainted with my first real mountain bike, my Cannondale Jekyll 4. Over then next few years it became clear that mountain biking was the side of cycling for me, my passion for mountain bikes has only increased. Now I race downhill bikes while riding my XC bike for training and couldn’t be happier. Now my passion has turned into sharing this passion with others looking for great times on a bike.

Vim is the every-person’s pro shop in that has a certain panache. The atmosphere is casual and in no way, shape or form do you get the impression that you are inferior. The store is as neat and clean as a Ferrari dealership and treats you to a refreshment of bottled water, Perrier or a soda from the fridge.
Serious down to casual road cyclists should visit Vim as the price points, expertise and services really do try to cater to everybody. If you’re thinking about mountain biking, this place will get you headed into the right direction as the selection of Cannondale mountain bikes is very good for the beginner and entry level XC racing enthusiasts.

You’ll find really solid and difficult to find brands (in a brick-​and-​mortar) store such as:
Rudy Project
Mavic
Cannondale (both MTB and Road)
Velagi
Also, note that a high quality bike fitting service is also offered and not what you get from many stores where the bike you’ve just purchased gets put on a trainer and you switch out stems and makes sure you can stand over the top tube by a couple inches. We’re talking about computers, science and refinement down to the millimeters. Gratis if you purchase a bike in-​store.
The service department is aiming to be premier and since this shop has just recently opened at their new location, it’s only up from there.
Overall, this is a father & son local shop that aims at providing a unique, casual and respectable experience that is to say… lacking at many other bike shops.
