I always go here to get my nails done. Amy is fast, and does a great job! Be sure to try to call ahead for an appointment, sometimes the wait can be quite lengthy for walk-​ins.

This place was horrible. I was in town for the weekend and decided to go with my friend to get mani pedi’s biggest mistake ever. I left there paying double for my regular nail tech where I live in Seattle for crappy work. The lady that did my nails did not even know what she was doing and she kept getting upset with me every time I had to tell her to fix my nails she messed up on. Clearly I was telling her how to do her job. I got shellac on my toes and one of them after applying the shellac nail polish she filed over the paint and faded away the polish. I don’t care how many colors of nail polish your shop has I will stick to my nail tech where I live I won’t ever come here again. Also my nails were sore the next two days after that and I am pretty sure I will be expecting an ingrown toenail for the lady ripping out the side of my square shape toe nails when I clearly told her all I wanted was a file… NEVER AGAIN!

I have been really frustrated with all the nail salons around here. I finally found a good one! I see Tina 2! She is great. She takes her time to make sure she gets everything. You do have to make appointments ahead of time.

I was in town for the weekend. And I had decided I wanted to NOT get my nails done with my manicurist here in California. Because I wanted to go to the nail salon with my nieces and take my business back to my home town. I regret it SO MUCH! The girl that did my nails made me bleed. My fingers where so sore for the next 2 days. And after only 2 days with my manicure the shellac gel polish was already coming off. I called and told the owner, he told me to come back in and they would fix it. I told him I was back in Cali and he said he would see who did it, and see if I could get a refund. He asked if he could call me back and up to now I’ve not gotten a call. I’m so disappointed with the service I received during and even now.

So I got an email from the owner saying I must have been confused. He was not apologetic at all, in fact he sounded threatening and unkind. Once again, I stand to what I initially had said and furthermore prove their lack of professionalism. Please don’t go there… it’s horrible. If the owner is so unprofessional what can you expect from his staff.

I reallllly hate to leave a review like this, especially because I liked the staff. Unfortunately, within 12 hours of leaving the salon my toenails were burning and painful. I got a wicked toe nail fungus from their spa tubs. It was the most no frills pedicure and I’m so mad at myself for dropping in this place.
I’m now having to take 9 weeks of heavy duty oral medications to try and rid myself of this extremely painful fungus.
Spare yourself and stay away!

Professional and reasonably priced. The equipment seems clean and works well. I would give it 5 stars if they used new file for each client and I had observed sanitizer in the pedicure area. No special spa atmosphere here but price reflects that.

The best in town and very clean. They always try to get you in and are open late. Call ahead because they are always busy. They are great about standing behind their work. I had some nails chip after a couple days, I called, and they were quick to get me in to fix it.

They are only salon that can paint my natural nails without them cracking/​chipping in 2 days. Lots of staff on hand so wait time is minimal. Have used them for over 2 years. I recommend!

This is the only place I will go to in Wenatchee. They have fantastic massage chairs, and spend time with their customers. It is a good idea to make an apt because they get FULL!

Ehhhh. They didn’t spend a lot of time on a pedicure like every other place I have ever been. The guy was kind of sullen and barely even looked up, he was too busy on his phone. They also trimmed my cuticles AFTER they did my full set so I already look like I have grow out. The place was reasonably clean but there was one shared cloth towel and nail brush at the sink– gross!!! I would not go back.

This is the only place I trust. Why? It’s an obviously clean/​sterile environment. I’ve watched them clean the pedicure tubs. They actually CLEAN them with disinfectant. The tools are sterilized and a new set used on each person. So, I can sit back in the massage chair and fully relax and enjoy the soul restoring experience. But, it’s not just the sterile implements that bring me here. They give the best massages. It’s not the quick slap the lotion on of other places. It’s a wonderful nice long massage that evaporates your stress. And after you’re nice and relaxed, they put the polish on. It lasts forever! They don’t miss corners of your toenails like other places. It doesnt chip off in a week. Nope… you gotta let it grow out or use nail polish remover cause it’s just that good. I’ve never ever had a bad mani or pedi here. My only complaint… they need to have more just like this in other states. Nobody does it this well anywhere else.
