I’ve done a fair amount of business with Wally and the gang over at Performance since I moved to the area. Lately I’ve had remote starts put in my wife’s car and my truck and yesterday they installed heated seats in my F-150. Workmanship has been excellent, prices fair and the equipment installed is of good quality. They have always stuck to the written estimate even when labor time and even parts have been required that were not on the quote. This shows some class and integrity, in my opinion. My only negative comment would be that all three installations have taken longer than estimated by a substantial amount of time which makes scheduling difficult. However, I also have to say they have communicated the delays well and have tried to make the inconvenience as minor as possible. I will continue to do business here in the future!

I had them install heated seats in my brand new Ford Flex. They did a GREAT job and I am EXTREMELY picky. Their work is meticulous. Where they placed the switches looked like it was from the factory. The work was very professional and done very quick.

I am going to tell you how I was treated and let you decided if my rating is valid or not. I bought my wife a remote started for Christmas from Performance Auto Sound and then set up an appointment for the install. The install was to take place between 9 – 11AM. We dropped the truck off the night before and told them we would be back in the afternoon to pick it up after we got off work. At 4:30PM we go to pick it up and it is not done. I am not happy as they have had the truck now for 7+ hours. I inquire why it is not done and am told by the installer that he got pulled off of my job to work on other jobs. Then at 6PM I call and it is still not done. I talk to the manager and I am told that the installer did not allot enough time for my install. So he had to go on to other appointments(leaving mine the fist of the day. unfinished.) You can decided if you wish to do any business with them
