My son was in need of an extracurricular activity that while individual, was also team oriented. KI Fighting Concepts fit the bill very well. Mr Kyle and Mr Cole are knowledgeable and patient with newcomers and teach martial arts in a safe yet fun manner. I cannot speak highly enough of the team.
If you are unsure if it suits your needs, they do an introductory class every month. A great way to get your feet wet!

Our son is a little shy dude and we wanted to get him in a good physical activity to improve his self-​confidence, exercise and discipline. I have been in and out of dojos for 30+ years and was impressed with every member of the leadership team. We utilized the one month trial to see if our little dude would enjoy the opportunity. By the end of the month, he was volunteering to go first and had the perma-​grin after achieving his first belt. If you have a little dude or dude-​ette then give this dojo a try as we have had great results.

A head instructer has had complaints of extreme temper in this home made style. Would you like to have profanity around your young daughters. This style is not recognized anywhere else. so if you move you can not continue in your form. Very few if any students have stayed. Also wants you to sign a release of liability that include negligence. Probably needed there when instructer has a fit and throws chairs across the room.
