Good selection, but no one knows anything about anything they sell. As a first time buyer of a wood stove and hot tub I was expecting the sales team to know more than I did. Nope that was not the case, no one knew anything about the the products, no prices were posted anywhere, and they made it very clear that they were annoyed when I asked for a price. Sorry if I want to know if I am looking at something that’s $ 2,500 or something that’s $ 10,000. Won’t be purchasing from Chim Chimney.
