Came in for lunch w family. Had few issues but manager Jason took care of all the issues and made sure that everything was good. He did exactly what a manager was supposed to do in that particular situation. Food was really good and definitely coming back.

NOTITO’S!!! NOTITOSNOCUSTOMERS. come on management. Not good for business. Look at your restaurant. .its half bar. Most people drink vodka or beer. One of the biggest selling vodkas u stop selling? Maybe rethink that decision guys. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.sadly.

Awful horrible cheap food The pictures on the menu are nothing like the reality of what you get. The bartender/waitress was great but the owners NEED to pay attention to the foods detail Poorly executed

I thought the place nothing better than mediocre, my wife was less generous. Not sure I’d every go back. The waitress we had was very nice and provided good service. Just that the food was definitely not great.

When we came in for lunch there were only 3 tables in the whole place and the bar was empty. Taylor seem flustered from the get go. Which I did not understand because the place was empty. We inquired about the buffalo chicken dip and she said it would take 15 minutes. So she down sold us the fried pickles that she said take 2 minutes. Long story short she forgot to put in the app order and then she disappeared. When she finally re-appeared 10 min later, we asked her how much longer for our 2 min app that she down sold us. She said oh I forgot. She only had 2 tables mind you. There’s is no excuse. She said she could still order it. We said no thanks because we saw our food had been sitting in the window during her disappearing act. She came back and apologized and said«I am having and off day.» I am a Chef of a busy resteraunt. I could understand if she had been in the weeds. But that was not the case and there was no reason why we should of been affected by her«off day», when the place was empty. Luckily the food was good or we would never come back. I was having an off day myself so she only received a 5% tip. She is lucky she got that. Keep in mind it was the first time we ate there. We almost didn’t come because our friend said the service was not great. I honestly thinks that it is gross that the servers wear tank tops. In my opinion open armpits and food do not go well together. I am surprised that the food inspector allows that.

Pretzel with cheese was good so was the spicy pasta, my bf loved the pulled pork burger. Nice service sat outside by the fire. Give 4 because food took a bit to get to us and I had to ask for a bag for leftovers. Will be back though…

Very good. Great service. Bummed they ran out of cornbread. The cinnamon apples were delicious. Husband tore up the baby back ribs. Plate looks like a homicides scene. The pulled pork was delicious. Well seasoned and moist. The dirty rice was Spicey but so good. It had green peppers and corn in it. The baked beans were too spicy for me but my husband loved them.

Went again, had the ribs this time, wow very good, for a private chain restaurant, impressed. Good drinks and the place looks great with a new facelift in the dining area. Of course the wings, smoked, are awesome. The service and manager are very friendly, and great ambience. Also, great hours open late always, if your hungry late nights. Mac n cheese is really good and the baked beans also. Please try the donuts WOW! Looking forward to coming again. ps: very good pulled pork.

Brisket was ½ fat. Tender yes, but basically gross. I left a pile of greasy brisket mush on my plate. Service was ok, but felt fake. Maybe I was just having a bad day. By the way… Watch out for the raccoon in the parking lot.

First time we went here for my sons birthday. Ran out of craft beer on special. Forgot to bring my wife’s salad then charged us. Waitress was not very welcoming. Ribs were tough. Refused to sing happy birthday. Manager did not seem to care much when I called him over. Very bad experience.

I feel bad for the folks in this area if you guys call this good bbq. I live in North Palm so I’m spoiled by Park Ave BBQ and Mrs Smokey’s. For appetizer we got fried pickles and it came with a dipping sauce. The pickles was very salty so it was very overpowering that you didn’t need a dip. Couldn’t finish it at all. I got the beef brisket and it was shredded. I’ve never had it that way but whatevers. It was supposed to be marinated with dry rub and cooked for 4 hours. It was tender but the flavor of the meat was plain. Good thing they had 4 different bbq sauces! I just drown the meat with sauce lol. My 2 sides were undercooked dirty rice and salty mashed potatoes. My friend has the rib combo and said it was okay. Service was not great. I’m not sure what was wrong with her but when she asked what I would like to drink and I said sweet tea, she repeated it twice and then brings me water and said, «I thought you said water» lol

Came here because we got a coupon in the mail or newspaper(can’t remember), but you also get some really good ones on their email club too. The menu is pretty big with offerings including mostly burgers, bbq, steaks, and sandwiches. They have some interesting combinations like bbq sandwich and bowl of soup(which happened to be broccoli cheddar at that time). We went with the cheapest steak — the petite size. The server recommended get it medium and we did and it was perfect as far as cooking, juiciness, and tenderness goes. It really was petite and both my wife and I were pretty shocked about how small it was — like the size of a small hamburger patty. I don’t know about the quality of the meat as mine was a little chewy, but hers was definitely a bad cut and had some weird grizzle throughout that was giving her jawbone a hell of a time. The steak entrees come standard with two sides and some little crunchy wheel looking things we could not figure out and you can get a special steak topping either on or to the side of the meat. The sides were very small. I got french fries and there were maybe twenty fries and just a little scoop of mashed potatoes with a dollop of gravy. I guess this is a more formal place because I prefer my meat and bbq a little more sloppy with bigger sizes and gravy everywhere. For all the underwhelming at presentation with half the plate empty, it actually fills you up just enough without overeating and I was able to give the kids most of my fries. The food was just decent but where they really shined was the service. Not sure if the servers help out each other or if the bartender just grabbed us, but we had one lady start us off and she was really nice and laid back. She said she had been there three years and really knew everything and could help us since we were having trouble deciding. Made us feel welcome and comfortable in spite of hectic kids. Another server then came to us and asked if we were ready to order. She was conscientious of my wife’s shellfish allergies(they have none there — just salmon!!!), and notified us that the mac n cheese has jalopenos, so our kids may not like it — good tip because this is a $ 4 premium side(they don’t have a regular mac n cheese that you can get as a side). I also told her I was trying to get home to watch The Walking Dead and she was able to expedite our order within 15 mins so I could get home before 9:00pm! Later on she asked how our meal was and my wife said hers was bad and she offered a few options. She said she could make a new one to eat there or take home with us. My wife didn’t want that so she offered to take it off our bill and let us have a dessert to take home. We got some donuts and they were really good. They were covered in maybe some cinnamon sugar and came with chocolate syrup. The donuts were a little smaller than entenmann’s and had about six hot ones in the bag. I would recommend anyone to come here just based on the service alone!

Service was amazing by Michelle!!! The food was good. Baked beans were very good and the chicken was very juicy and tender. I ordered the baby back ribs and grilled bourbon bbq chicken breast with mashed potatoes and baked beans(loved it) but the baby back ribs came with 3 ribs. Alil over priced for the little amount of meat with the ribs. My girlfriend ordered the steak medium(a little more medium well) with sweet potatoes sticks and corn. She did not like the corn at all. Did not have any flavor I tried them and thought the same so of course our AMAZINGSERVER Michelle asked if we would like to change them for something else and since the beans were so good we picked them. She brought them out very fast and it was perfect the food came out in a timely manner. Not to long not to fast. Michelle is everything we love about good service. Very nice, informative, made suggestions, asked for refills and drinks to go, told us we had to get the cheesecake bites for dessert(best decision ever!), and constantly checked on us and let us know that she was around willing to do whatever we asked to make our meal perfect. But there were a few things I did not like. Bathrooms disgusting, it smelled horrid. All the other servers were going up to table that they all obviously knew and eating food from their plates and joking around. I did not like that. And I never saw a manager the whole time. Keep it professional and people will love them. For those reasons they did not get a 5 star rating. But little things like that can add up to a horrible experience so keep ur eyes open smokey bones! Thank you Michelle

Good food that would make me come back. Server was very good too. He made sure everything was done just the way we want. Automated ordering and payment system at table is excellent.

Visited 1−24−15 for dinner in Wellington. Dirty silverware, sticky table, so-so pulled-pork sandwich, only 12 french fries on plate. Server told us «we’re out of Beer-Can Chicken, and Brisket» — really? Always puzzling when an establishment that’s in business to sell and serve food is actually out of food. First, and last, visit.

Alright, so here’s the deal: I so desperately desired to review this place with 3 stars, but 4 seemed plausible. My girlfriend and I just finished dining out here. Overall, it wasn’t bad. I’ve had SB before, but it was years ago. I’m a bit of a BBQ snob, as I worked with probably the best NCBBQ you’ll ever find years ago. I will say, however, that the Buffalo Chicken Dip appetizer was quite good. It had the right amount of chicken and a decent amount of heat to compliment the other flavors. Definitely a bit pricey at nearly $ 10, but not bad. I had the St. Louis Spare ribs and Smoked Wings combo. The ribs were more like Rhode Island Spare ribs as they were minute and lacking in meatiness. The smokey flavor was present, which I certainly appreciated. Unfortunately, though, the meat was incredibly tough and overcooked. I could have gone to Publix and bought beef Jerky and BBQ sauce for 1⁄3 of the price and had the same experience. The smoked chicken wings were very palatable. I ordered the spicy garlic buffalo sauce on the side for dipping. Very impressed with the wings and the sauce. Lastly, the Bones Brew 22oz. beer was surprisingly tasty with just right hoppiness to balance the crispness. I seriously wish the ribs were better. Quite frankly, they were atrocious and full of tiny bones. The rest of the meal was very good, though. The server was very polite, as well. The stranger who brought us our meals was about as personable as an undersized pine needle, but that’s okay, she didn’t receive my tip.

All the food is good here except the salads. Which are so small for the price that they are a rip off. Why is it soooooo sooooo hard to figure how to make great salads here?

We visited the Smokey Bones in Wellington this past Saturday and we had a great experience. We went around 5:45 and though it was getting crowded we were sat immediately. Our server was Andrew and he was very attentive and pleasant. We started with a skillet cornbread appetizer(love the honey pecan butter!) which was great. I ordered the fish and chips and my dining companion was feeling daring and ordered a triple cheeseburger. I don’t know where he puts all the food. Our meals came out quickly and my fish and chips were really good. They don’t compare to a nice New England fish and chip but they were tasty nonetheless. The burger that came out was a monstrosity. Needless to say, my companion was all talk as he couldn’t even fit it in his mouth and had to eat it with a knife and fork. I gave him a hard time and had some laughs watching him struggle to eat it. All in all we had a great experience and will definitely go back again. Make sure you ask about their rewards program, you can get coupons for free appetizers and such, who doesn’t love free?

We didn’t actually eat here because we were afraid to get sick. So I’ll keep it short. My food was on a dirty dish… inside and out! See picture! Also, bathroom sinks were caked with dirt scum! Not going back.
