The pizza is not authentic Italian tastes like ketchup there’s no seasoning no grated cheese and if you’re not Italian and you don’t know the difference it must be ok

First time at Jimmy Brooklyn’s tonight. Excellent pizza and garlic knots. Sicilian slice was pretty good, too. Pretty close to the real NY pizza! The restaurant is clean, the food came out quickly, and most of all, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Brittany, who took our order, was very sweet, helped suggest some menu items(all great choices!) and was as kind and as professional as could be… We can’t wait to try the other dishes, and will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone for a great meal.

Stumbled across this place by accident awhile ago and I’m glad I did! Jimmy Brooklyn offers dine in, take out and delivery options. The inside is small and charming, the décor is New York themed – photos of the Brooklyn bridge blown up on the wall and New York license plates. The layout of the restaurant is a little awkward so I recommend families leave their strollers in the car because there isn’t much room to maneuver with it inside. I usually order the Sicilian pizza, is has a nice thick crust to it. Their Penne a la Vodka is also very good but it is a very large helping so I usually have to pack the rest up. I also recommend their garlic knots but again they are huge so make sure you have room. The knots have just the right amount of garlic to them, not too much and then topped with parmesan cheese.

Absolutely amazing… the food and atmosphere are amazing. The only caveat i have with the place is that they have no jalenpenos… rather you must always have to get cherry peppers. But overall, i would say go everytime.

Great pizza in Wellington? You betcha! My husband, a native New Yorker, has searched for this particular taste in each pizza he has tried in every state in which he has lived. We tried the restaurant on a whim, prepared for mediocre pizza. Today, he said while grinning, «this is it!» It’s a really superb pie. We tried the traditional and the Sicilian. The crust for both is perfect. They are generous with toppings. The sauce is just right. Not only was the pizza delicious, the restaurant is really clean, and the crew is friendly without being fake. When we brought our order home, our teens asked if we would order pizza exclusively from Jimmy Brooklyn’s. The answer is yes! I’m glad this is in our neck of the woods. We are going to be regulars.

Came here for lunch with my attending and his wife. They got the eggplant parmesan and angel hair marinara, while I got one of their ready-made slices. They have good lunch deals, such as a gourmet slice + drink for $ 3.95, or a slice + soup/salad + drink for $ 5.95. The pastas came with salads and garlic knots. The salad looked really sad with floppy iceberg lettuce and a sprinkle of onions. The garlic knots were better with ample amounts of garlic. The pizza slices are ginormous but thin, so I could have easily eaten two. The chicken was incredibly dry and tough. The crust was on the border between crispy and hard, but I’d take that over soggy any day. The thing about pre-made pizzas are that they aren’t fresh, so you’re basically getting reheated pizza. Taste-wise it was fine, and it’s hard to beat the price. The eggplant parmesan had really thin slices of breaded eggplant topped with sauce. I’d estimate there was 2 stacks of around 5 slices each. The angel hair marinara was a huge bowl of noodles with just a scoop of sauce, only enough for the top third or so. Either way, they both seemed to enjoy their dishes. On a side note, I really liked that they had Arizona brand drinks, including green tea and half&half. Overall, the food is decent and the prices and portions are commendable, but I’d suggest you wait for a fresh pie if you want pizza.

Great customer service, good food, clean, nice décor and good soundtrack. What more can you ask for? Is the food like back home in NYC? Not so much but it’s pretty decent for Florida. Let’s just say there are many Italian eateries and pizza joints in South Florida touting NY style and they usually leave me unimpressed but Brother Jimmy’s satisfies. I read the other reviews and disagree with the quality of the crust. I think it’s pretty good, maybe they refined the recipe? The eggplant parm was huge and tasty. The garlic rolls were just OK but I think that these things are low priority for restaurants here in FL. Often times it seems they buy the prepackaged bread trays at Costco and drizzle oil and garlic on it. But we didn’t come here for the garlic rolls. It’s great for a nice, quick, and tasty place to eat with your family.

Closest thing I’ve had to Jersey pizza in Florida. Good sized pies, excellent garlic knots, and consistently good food and customer service. Greek salad was also very good. Love this place. Never eaten inside, always take food to go since the dining area is small.

With Jimmy Brooklyn’s, you got yourself a nice family restaurant with good food, restauranteurs who know what they’re doing and good value. We come often and it is consistently good. This is very casual, southern Italian food with decent garlic rolls, way better than average pizza(some of the best in the area), good entrees and easy, fast service. They deliver too!(albeit verrrrrryyyyyyy slowly).

Ok I think I’ve been enough times now to review appropriately… Service. 5. The kids there are great. They greet you as soon as you walk in. No one waits to order. Food is delivered to the table quick. Do you need anything else? They answer any question you have about any pizza in the window. Only chit chat with themselves when no customers are in front of them. You don’t see that with a young staff anymore. Food. 4.95!!! Delish! Like one reviewer said the crust was dry. But the last time I went it wasn’t the case. On both slices. I hope the problem has been fixed. The meatball is my fav so far. Or was it the grandma… its up in the air. I felt the white pizza had a bit too much ricotta on it, but that didn’t stop me from chewing. You can’t go wrong with the cheese either. Thank you Jimmys for coming to town! And putting all us transplanted New Yorkers out of our misery!!!

A very nice place to stop for a bite. The pizzas are very good and not your classic pepperoni: they are all particular and change every time. They now also serve beer and wine. The staff is always very kind.

Pizza is as close to NY as its going to get down here. The subs would be good if it weren’t for the bread they use. Jimmy have you tasted your bread? It’s really bad.

OMG! I hadn’t realize that we never reviewed Jimmy’s and we have been eating here weekly since we discovered it last October! Like every other loud-mouth, transplanted New Yorker, we have been on a quest from the day we moved to Florida over a decade ago to find great pizza. We have over time found a few places that are«good», but Jimmy Brooklyn’s pizza is above average; they just need to master the crust(their’s is always slightly dry and overly crunchy even when we order full pies vs. slices). Some of the specialty slices are out of this world, particularly like the«Meatball Sub» and the«Penna a la vodka» slices(BBQ chicken slice is pretty good too!) Good food, GREAT prices, appropriate décor & a super polite staff(which is very rare with a staff as young as their’s)… now go there, I command you, and get a slice, and bring back two for me!

Still have not heard from them. Stay away! They serve raw chicken and have no remorse! This is not how you keep customers!

Those of us that have been in Wellington for 25 years have seen pizza places come and go. We have not found a match for our old favorite, Dean Anthony’s, until now… Pizza here is fantastic. Garlic rolls are light and crispy and not too oily and greasy. Stromboli with meatballs was flavorful. Salad was fresh and tasty. We will be back!

Ordered Stromboli and salad for take out. While waiting, I watched the cook plating pizza slices with both hands touching the food, but only one with glove. He then use the glove hand to write with marker on boxes. Guess he forgot what the glove was for. Luckily the Stromboli went straight from oven to box. But that was all that was good. The only flavor was the burned bottom of crust. I was hoping this location would be good but with so many Italian choices, I won’t be back.

I don’t like chain restaurants. However JB has become a favorite for my wife and I for a quick bite on Saturdays before grocery shopping at the nearby Trader’s Joe. They have a simple menu, but what they do, they do it well. Pizza options are aplenty, I like the«bianca»(white) but feel free to try several. I had a few slices of different kind and they were all good. Slices are big, by the way. The fried mozzarella is a pretty big appetizers, much better than the usual mozzarella stickes you get in bar. Another winner is the Tuna sandwich, nice, tasty. I just wish they would add a touch of olive oil for moisture(and maybe some capers, that would be perfect) but I am just beign spoiled now. Prices are very, very reasonable, sevice is always good. A nice addition to Wellington, simple, good, affordable.
