Our heated, indoor pool is the largest, indoor, motel pool on Cape Cod. The 22 mile paved Rail Trail bike path is located directly behind the motel. You can take a short hike through the wooded Cape Cod National Seashore property, which we border, to world famous Marconi Beach. I’ve stayed here twice and I plan to return next season.
This place is clean and quiet and reasonably priced.
I don’t have children, but this motel is perfect for young families — playground, mini-​golf, horse shoes, indoor pool.

Stayed at the Even Tide for 2 nights with my boyfriend. It was perfect for what we wanted for the weekend-​clean, quiet hotel that was close to the beach (less than a mile from Marconi and about 4 miles to The Beachcomber). Would definitely recommend!
