Vision Optics

Wow, this place is great! I came in just to try and get one of those tiny screws that was missing from my glasses frames, and Agnes went so above and beyond! She fixed my frames, added new nose pads, adjusted them to better fit my face, then she did the same thing to my sunglasses! And then she adjusted my father’s glasses. When we asked how much $ we owed, she said it was free! A complimentary service to the community is how she described it — which is pretty unbelievable (especially in Wellesley ;-) — seeing as she spent a good 20 minutes of work on us. Of course if you buy anything you would have to pay, but she insisted on complimentary adjustments which was very much appreciated by my father and me. When I need to buy new glasses I am certainly coming back here.

Absolutely great store. The people who work here are of very high integrity. Great selection of fine frames. When my prescription came back wrong, they bent over backwards to help… they sent me back to my optometrist, then sent my glasses back at their own expense. The seek only the highest and best for their customers.

What a great find. Had been going to a place in Chestnut Hill for years and was delighted to discover Vision Optics. The owner was totally helpful and pleasant. Fabulous selection of frames, good pricing and professional, friendly service. Worth the trip. You won’t be disappointed. Sending all my friends and family.
