Aweful customer service from the main store employees especially William who is unbelievably rude and discourteous to some customers while flirting Mr charming to others. I can see why the reviews for this location are so poor. Clearly management is not particular about who they hire or how they train.
I go out of my way to avoid these jerks.

Be careful with your prescriptions! The pharmacist gave my mom a psychiatric medication instead of the antibiotic that was supposed to be prescribed!!! Extreme negligence, and my mom ended up hospitalized. It was pretty bad considering the interaction with her heart condition.
Oh and are they going out of business? They’re shelves are so empty!

The pharmacy is ridiculously disorganized. It took over ten minutes to get an over the counter drug for an allergic reaction I had. I could barely stand due to being sick and had to wait forever.

This place opened last Sunday, and didn’t really let anyone know (save for a small construction paper sign). When the CVS in Linden Square opened, mailings went out with coupons and lots of cool stuff. So, yea, they could have handled that better.
I’m thrilled to have a CVS so close to my place, just wish they were open later than 10PM. Of course, since this is Wellesley, and this place shares real estate with a soon to be opened 55+ community (because we always need another one of those!), that will never happen… :(
