I am a Full time Realtor in Saint Charles County specializing in first time home buyers & move up buyers. I work with educating our buyers on the buying process as well as helping them understand the loan process, how to pick the right lender and how to know what are standard fees vs. junk fees. We also work with move up buyers in preparing them for the buying/​selling combination and how to make it a smooth process.

I carry a designation known as (SRS) Sellers Representative Specialist which certifies me to work hands on with my sellers in preparing their home for the market with staging ideas and I use my marketing to bring them a ready, willing and able buyer. I also carry a designation known as (CDPE), Certified Distressed Property Expert which means I am certified and knowledgeable in dealing with the short sale process both on the buying and selling side.

History

Established in 2003.

Started in 2003 w/​Prudential Select Properties and after achieving Rookie of The Year in 2004, continued with the Prudential network until 2006 when she moved her business to the RE/​MAX network. After going through a merge with one RE/​MAX company to another Rachel found her home with broker/​owner Mark & Connie Cooper of RE/​MAX Edge in Weldon Springs, Missouri. Rachel continued to grow her team and The Rachel Witt Team has grown into a team of 5. Now matter how big or small Rachel still stands behind her belief that «You Treat People The Way You Want To Be Treated»!

I became a Realtor because I truly did not want people to go through the experience that we went through when purchased our first home. They always say you learn the most valuable lessons the hard way. I truly believe that, but buying a home and selling a home is an expensive lesson to learn the hard way. I believe you treat people that way you want to be treated, I listen to what you want, and at the end of the day, I am not going to sell you anything! To my buyers, you are going to sell yourself a home. (To my sellers, I am going to sell your home) I am simply there to make sure you are taken care of ethically and protected and to handle it all for you while you make the decisions. I want the experience to be fun and enjoyable for everyone! I live this theory everyday and I can tell you that the majority of our clients will tell you they didn’t expect it to be that easy. That is when I know that I have done my job correctly!
