History

Established in 2003.

Started by Rick Sahulka current owner and operator. It all began in 2000 when I was working for a cabinet factory. But I had always wanted to be in business for myself, so I started doing handyman jobs in my spare time. I was asked by a local construction company if I would clean up a bank building they had just finished building. They were so impressed by the cleaning I had done, they kept me pretty busy. So in 2003 I decided cleaning commercially was my niche. In October of 2003 I received my first big contract with a feed production plant and I was on my way.

Rick started Comm Clean in 2003 on the advice of customers he was serving in the construction industry while performing post-​clean up services. Since then Comm Clean has been providing excellent janitorial services to a wide variety of businesses. We are a family owned and operated business and we want all of our customers to feel like they are part of our family as well.
