This place is an absolute sham– I paid to have two sensitive mail pieces shipped first class via USPS on Dec 10 and paid the extra bit for tracking. On Dec 15, I entered my tracking info into their website and the only update was that a mail label had been created for each package. Nothing to indicate the packages ever went out. I found the same when I entered the tracking ID on the USPS website. I called the shipment center to find out what happened to my packages and was assured they went out same-​day and that the tracking information was irrelevant. I was promised follow-​up but haven’t gotten anyone to return my calls or email messages. DON’T WASTE YOUR $.
