Great place to take a date on a hot summers night. Excellent ambience and a view to match. Conveniently sharing a space with my favorite go to sushi eatery Robongi.

Midtown West, Manhattan, NY
This place is so bad it deserves zero stars. The service is terrible. The bartender and food server can’t get their process straight. Bartender says to order food from the server since we’re sitting outside. We sit outside for 20 minutes and although server gives us menus and takes other tables order he refuses to take ours. He tells us to go inside and order from bartender (which we tried to do earlier but bartender refused us). I know NYC and jersey are filled with angry folks but these two folks take the cake. No smiles and plain rude. They need some healing and a new job. Way to ruin our experience. First and last time here. I’ll stick to the ferry and that’s about it. Plus we had the nastiest most watered down drinks. Ugh. Just gross.

Drinks are bomb and the bartender is super nice! This place is super hard to find though! Unilocal is incorrect, IT’S IN THE FERRY BUILDING. Don’t go where Unilocal takes you, you’ll get lost

New bartender charged me more than double for drinks. Brought to her attention and she asked main bartender who took only a couple of bucks off. Still double-​charged. Took it off her tip, Head honcho sometimes sits at end of bar with 1 of his babes and a 250 lb. behemoth «manager» and harassses the barmaids, verbally. Classy.
Watch the prices-​plenty of mediocre bars to go to. Hate to mention names, but I only go when Brittanie is working. Forget the other 2-​especially the one on Wednesday.

This is my new favorite spot! Everything about this place is amazing, from the drinks, food and the breathe taking Manhattan view. The staff adds to the experience, especially Leah, their Bartender. Shes friendly, attentive and prides herself on giving the customers an experience. One of my favorite things about Hudson Blue Bar is the Thai restaurant located behind the bar. Love me some Chicken Pad Thai!
