Okay, okay, I come to Home Depot a lot it seems, but it’s really for one reason, and one reason, only. I buy mixing tubs to use as litter boxes as I have fat cats and I’m cheap. I can buy these for only $ 6 a piece and give my kitties lots of room to do their business in, and get new ones every few months. Although, they do clean out really nicely with detergent and bleach.
The people are usually pretty nice, but unfortunately, these tubs are on a top shelf, and sometimes trying to find someone to help you get a couple down is a chore. If there’s a ladder nearby, I just do it myself… they’re not heavy and I really don’t have all day to wait.
So, if you need extra large little boxes for any extra large cats, come here! I think they have lumber and paint and other stuff, too! The people wear orange aprons as well, but you won’t see too many of those, especially if you really need one… just try and be self sufficient and you will be fine!

Horrible service at check, then it turns out this is the ONLY Home Depot in this area that doesn’t give 5% back on Home Depot Credit card purchases…“really!!!” Avoid this Home Depot I will never be back!!!

Wanted a bag of fertilizer that was up on pallet
Guy whined about getting it said it would take 15 minutes … He said he would have to get some help. He really seemed this interested in helping me get it. I said I would rather wait for it because that was the specific kind that I wanted and that I needed… Needless to say 20 minutes of standing around looking like an idiot and he never did come back. So I gave up and left. As I was leaving the parking lot I saw him unloading a truck. So obviously he really didn’t care I was just waiting for me to leave…
Not the first time I have had bad service at that Home Depot. I will be going across the street to Lowe’s.

BEWARE OF IDENTITY THEFT AND EMPLOYEE FRAUD!
A friend bought a washer and dryer from this Home Depot on Sept 21, 2015. The pair was to be delivered in a few days. On Tues customer Service called the friend to find out how to refund money from a cancelled order She said my friend’s son had come into the store to cancel the order and asked for a refund. The clerk cancelled the order with no identification or paperwork. Can you really believe that! However, was smart enough not to issue the refund due to lack of ID. That one is hard to believe after canceling the order, but at least the money didn’t change hands. What sort of policies and protections do they have in the store– few I assume.
There is absolutely no way this could have happened without help on the inside of the company. The company has been contacted, the set will be delivered and the company could not care less. They told us to file the police report as it wasn’t their problem. No telling how many credit cards or merchandise is ripped off by the employees and we pay for it.
My friend was about to buy all new kitchen appliances from this store but not now.

Love the home depot! Evrything I need and GREAT people! I can always find what I’m looking for and get it quick. On line ordereing and delivered to hone or to the store for pick up. Never had an order go wrong. Thanks Home Depot

We purchased countertops on May 3^rd from this location with their «kitchen specialist» Jaylen. They contract the installation through a company called Stone Systems of Houston. After 3 weeks of calling to set up an appointment for them to come do the official measurement and template they finally came out. When we bought and paid for the countertops, Jaylen told us that they did work on weekends. This is not true. She also told us that they take care of any plumbing etc and we had to have our sink and faucet in place before installation. After they finally measured I had to make 10 more calls to Stone Solutions to set up the install. It was not done until June 27… and it looks awful. The installer wrapped the countertop around door framing instead of stopping it at the door. His installation just looks like he was being lazy instead of trying to make it look nice. Oh and when he got here we found out we are responsible for the plumbing, moving the stove etc. Everything Jaylen told us was wrong. We also had to move the sink because it was set too far back, something they should have noticed when they came to measure. I have called the company and spoke to Susan multiple times to try and get the countertop repaired. Empty promises! Nobody will call me back with a solution. Think twice before you give these people your money!

All the Citrus trees are 75% off. We bought one that was $ 12 and with the sale it rang up at $ 3. That is really good!!! I’m happy!
So that being said we bought 4 Meyer Lemon trees. Also, purchased 4 crotons in which my mum loves. The crotons are $ 4 a piece, they are on sale too.
Also, this week a sale for Bonnie’s vegetable plants for 3 for $ 10.
The staff was friendly and the self-​check out was fairly easy to use as the lady over that area helped ring up our plants and a long stick lighter.
I love how Home Depot always has sales and affordable prices.

Picking up all the stuff for a new bathroom at Home Depot today. Everyone is so helpful and the store is so clean. The staff was readily available to help me and to take things to my car. I love this place. Great job today people!

Went to Lowe’s to get 3 tiles cut and was directed to the flooring center and the person there said they did not do this work. when I pointed out they had a tile saw station in the isle, he said he would try and get someone to help. after 15 minutes if ignore. I left. I then went to this Home Depot and was directed to the rental center. Mel was working the tool rental place by himself and did an excellent job cutting my tiles while taking care of other customers seamlessly and with a smile. It is Service from people like Mel that keep you coming back. Home Depot has earned my repeat business.

So I went to buy replacement glass and supplies to fix a window. NOBODY except the manager knew where I could find glass. The employees are incompetent. I wasn’t going to write a review but today my brother in law caught 2 of their male employees going at it in the bathroom. Let’s hope Lowe’s has cleaner restrooms lol!

My folks and I have been having issues with them. First the roofing job wasn’t any good, and who ever their contractors were took the rest of the materials after the roof job was done when they were supposed to return them to the store so that we can get credit for the overage. We ordered flooring materials took 3 wks and so many phone calls later and they still dropped the ball on that. I can only give credit to those that actually care about their job the others need customer service training. Hands down to Ryan Lee for assisting me and my folks and making up for these staff mistakes. Carletta in paint very knowledgable and also Jose very helpful. The one that actually went above and beyond is Nate from delivery. He was the only one that gave a «shit». Excuse my French but I’m very frustrated on the services we have received from the store itself and the Atlanta call centre. I’ll try Lowe’s next time or a small business. They usually seem to care more. Very disappointed, I will keep taking surveys until this store decides to work on their customer relations.

Beware of the Home Depot application! They used ARS so ARS Plumbing pushes me into signing up for a credit card with Home Depot never tells me about the 24 months «promotion». What happens is after 24 months they add $ 6,000 to your credit card for an $ 8,000 air conditioner that does not work! Then they just shrug oh well there is nothing we can do! I tried calling the managers and they just blew me off. Disgusting ripoff artists that they would do this. Just use local contractors and do not buy anything from them like Air Conditioner or Flooring installed and NEVER use their credit card. They will rip you off then make you call Citibank who says there is nothing they can do you have to pay the 100% interest charge! Run away from this scam artist operation.

It’s a home improvement store that El Hubbo drags me to for random crap, so to me it’s like taking him to the mall … sheer torture. But they do have pretty much anything you want for the DIY type and also outdoor lawn care and pool stuff. You can almost always find an employee walking around to help you locate things, because it’s locating items that’s hard to do!

Setup an online Penske truck rental a week ahead of time for a 12ft truck. I went with Penske because a sales person had called me at my home and suggested I make the reservation with them, because Uhaul would probably not have the truck I reserved if I went with Uhaul. I got two confirmation emails from Penske. I showed up and they had no 12 ft trucks, but could give me a 16ft for the same price. I was so mad I couldn’t see straight. Less mileage, harder to drive and park and I was going 650 miles one way. The nearest 12 ft truck was in College Station. They never intended to have the truck I reserved. I was actually warned by a friend who had reserved a 12 ft truck and had to take a 16 ft truck at the Pasadena location. — — — — So just be aware that PENSKE MAY NOT HAVE THE TRUCK YOU RESERVED. — — — — — - My wife called Uhaul from the Home Depot and we had an appropriately sized truck an hour later, though it did cost me more to do it at the last minute. I am so angry at that woman who called me from Penske. The guys at Home Depot were just there, and I realize this was Penske that screwed me around.

This Home Depot location is OK, but I like the Lowes down the road better. Item selection is merely adequate and when they run out of an item it seems to take them forever to get more in stock. Prices are on par with other Home Depot locations. The landscaping/​nursery area is limited.
Its a little difficult to get to in terms of traffic.
On the plus side, shelves are well organized. I think they tend to do more contractor business than consumer business.
