Found a small metal rod about an inch long in my sandwich. Probably from one of their bread racks. Nonetheless I almost ate it and this was almost much more than a bad Unilocal review. So I heard nothing on my survey review until I made a public facebook post, then the manager from the branch in Webster with the random metal objects in their food finally contacted me and offered me a free sandwich. When I declined she asked for pics to prove it and never replied when I sent them. I contacted Subway on Facebook again and the Area manager for Subway called and offered to send a gift card big enough for my whole family to eat dinner at another branch im comfortable with. He said it would go out the next business day… 2 weeks later I got a $ 20 gift card… so I guess he thinks my family only has 3 people in it who dont mind the cheap side of the menu. The fact that it took a month for an unsatisfactory resolution seals it for me with this company. DONE!!!

Got roasted chicken on flat bread its mediocre, typical subway. My son got the sweet onion teriyaki on Italian herbs and cheese, he said it was good so I’ll take his word for it. Communication is probably a problem, we had to keep asking what she was saying because we couldn’t understand her not to mention she talked so low so that’s that. The place is clean and not so busy on a Sunday so that’s a plus. Parking was good, not a problem. They seem to be not as stocked as other subways I have been to. The lady kept going to the back to get everything we need from the flat bread to the Italian herbs and cheese, the cheese and so on. The point of going to a place like this was to hurry and get what u want and go but that was not the case of today’s visit. I didn’t like how they used the knife to cut and stuff the bread and use it again on another, if the flavor of the prior flavor was completely off or the next person could be allergic to something used prior this could be a problem. I told them to wipe it myself and she did so I guess just make sure you pay attention to that stuff if you are pretty meticulous about your food. Other than that, food was worth the price so I would still give it a 4 star!

Worst experience, from beginning to end. I waited at the counter for over a minute with nobody. When I finally said hello, she looked irritated that I bothered her. Then, not only did I have to wait 6 minutes while they put the meatballs in the microwave, but the lady had attitude every time I asked her a question because I couldn’t understand her accent. Then she couldn’t remember which our order was, and finally when the chips were stale and I asked to swap them she had a horrible attitude.

Yes, a 5-star review for a Subway! If you have ever been to the one on El Dorado and Highway 3 you will understand… if not, let me explain. First off the workers here are super friendly. They greet you when you come in, with a smile even! Like they are-*gasp*-happy to see you! It’s an awesome concept; I wish more places would use it. The food is consistently good; it’s Subway and a chain, so there isn’t supposed to be much variance. That’s why we go to chains, right? To get the same quality every time? Again, another concept I wish more fast food restaurants would utilize. I like tomatoes on my sandwiches, but not yucky un-ripe ones and was very impressed that the sandwich maker(dare I say sandwich artist?) threw away the few that looked green. She didn’t try and put them on my sandwich, or move them around for someone less picky — no, she saw they looked a little off and she threw them away! It’s also very clean; the bathrooms are spotless, and although I’ve never seen them during a rush, the tables are always clean and wiped off. Very friendly people, great-tasting fresh food, a clean restaurant… yup, that’s 5 stars in my book!
