Featuring ASE Master Technician certification & over 20 years of experience, MacRae Automotive features Honest, up-​front auto repair with no gimmicks, hard selling or repairs you don’t need. With a background in Dealership & Independent service departments mixed together with modern communication, estimating & billing techniques, We strive to bring the best to any repairs we do and keep you informed all along the way. What do we do? Everything from maintenance to heavy repairs & down to things as small as interior repair. At the moment we are Not offering Tire replacement, Wheel alignment or Transmission rebuilding services in-​house. But we can make recommendations even in areas we don’t do ourselves, so feel free to ask. Currently we are doing repairs By Appointment Only — Monday 9am to 6pm & Tuesday thru Friday 9am to 5pm.

History

Established in 2013.

After years of side work while at the same time working for others, MacRae Automotive was established and a location secured to establish legitimacy and set up a base for stability and expansion going forward.

Business Owner

Ian Nicoll is a career Automotive Technician. He is ASE certified as a Master Technician, L1 Advanced Engine Performance Specialist, Maintenance & Light repair technician, Service Consultant/​Advisor and Parts Specialist. Having worked in the automotive service industry almost exclusively since his senior year in high school (trade school major: automotive), he has worked in many different phases of the business which brings his experience level to the top when it comes to what NOT to do and how to keep his customers happy with both the costs of their repairs and also understanding what they had done.
