As a family-​owned business we started the shop to provide a friendly, customer-​service focused bike shopping experience. As we’ve grown, it has been important to us to provide a well-​rounded portfolio of products — from kids bikes and beginner adult bikes to competitive, high end machines. Business Owner

Chris and Laura, owners of Mac 5 Bikes, had a vision of providing a customer-​service focused retail business focused on fitness. Chris’s love of BMX and mountain biking made a bike shop the logical choice.

Drawing from their experiences as professional sales consultants in the both heavy equipment and software industries, Chris and Laura understand the value of building relationships one interaction at a time.
