Went here spent an hour shopping got up to the counter to pay with my bank card as a credit card, and they would not take it with out the pin with I don’t have set up. They did not even offer to put it in the cooler and let me come back with a check. Will never shop here again.

I come to this Kroger because this bakery does not mess up your orders! They also have a Starbucks, Redbox, clean place, and friendly service. I wish the organic/health section was bigger though.

This is my fave Kroger, I used to shop more HEB but since going here I rarely visit HEB now. The store is clean and staff is friendly, even the managers say HI and ask if you have found what you need. Carts(electric) are always available and charged as at HEB I found that they were never charged. The Starbucks inside is great and the staff there are friendly, Maylene, Amanda, Josh, and a few others I forget that are super friendly and right on. I often visit the deli for meats and cheeses and always get top notch service. I would like a little more variety in fruits and veggies as a few items I have not found, but when I asked the store manager he told me to get a pic or tell him what I need and he will see if he can order it.

Nice selection, and clean store, but HEB is more affordable and much friendlier. For example: I found a few boxes of expired organic soy milk, and decided to show the manager. He started arguing with me, and trying to tell me I was reading the date incorrectly. When I showed him another box as an example of how to read the date, and explained that I have been drinking this particular brand of soymilk for years, he just took the expired boxes from me without saying anything and turned his back to me.

They have a better selection than their competitors in the area. I registered my loyalty card on , and now I receive coupons by mail and email on the things I actually buy! It doesn’t get better than that.

Pros: clean and inviting atmosphere; Starbucks inside; produce is limited, but usually fresh; good cheese selection; good wine selection; self checkout. Cons: need a discount card(I hate this); limited variety of produce and other ingredients, like flour; similar foods are not grouped together(e.g., there is a separate health foods section with things like yogurt and cereal that can also be found elsewhere(different brands).
