Jump N Jungle

This is a nice facility, but I caution anyone from having a birthday party there. Here is why:
The party hosts are full of lies, they lost one of our child’s balloons, stole some of the pizzas we ordered (we would have given it to them, had they asked) stole a lighter stick.
I hate dishonest people, but I hate dishonest people that I am honestly trying to do good business with more.
Beware when dealing with this staff.

The owners are awesome and the mangers are the bomb! My almost 3 year old loves this place! They have a daycare here and my daughter loves it there too! Open Play isn’t crowded so she never gets trampled on. They have great deals for each day during the week. They just got a new slide for the «A» and ’”B” room! They are super fast and fun! It’s one of the cleanest bouncy places I’ve been too!

We had my daughters 4^th birthday there. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were clean and in good condition. Having a room to yourself and being able to «control» the chaos was so worth every penny

Well to start we put all gifts in a cart with childs name on it. Guess what? They put all the gifts in another room where a child was having a party! I would not use this place. They state they are not responsible for lost or stolen items! Go somewhere else!

I will start with the positive– the price is good and my 3 year old and 21 month old had a lot of fun. Now the negatives– the place reeks of stake cigarettes, there are only 4 play structures, one has what I am assuming is safety netting but it’s not set up properly at all so it makes it very difficult to get off of it. The place is kind-​of a dump, the bouncers are old and leaking, some are way over inflated. I hope to find a cleaner, and better indoor bounce place.

My (now 9 year old) daughter and I have been going to JNJ since she was about 3 years old. She loves it, generally always has fun, and the staff have been kind, friendly and attentive.
There are many reviews that mention no employee supervision in the jump rooms. This is not always the case, but even when there is an employee in the room it’s generally a teenager — most teenagers by nature aren’t going to get into a confrontation with a child knowing the child’s parent is right there. Think about it — most adults rush to their child’s defense without knowing what’s really going on. Having said that, open play is just that — OPEN PLAY. They tell you at the front what ages are going to be in the room — if you have a 5 year old and you walk in and see a 10 year old bouncing around, you’ve got to use your brain and realize that you are going to have to watch your child ALL OF THE TIME. And feel free to police the other children! I have on many occasions told bigger kids to settle down, watch out for the little kids, don’t go up the slide — only down the slide. Because I’m a MOM and I can do that. Act like the adult you are and police the situation. Sure, there are loads of parents that sit back, relax and let their kids do whatever they want. It’s pathetic and sad, but there it is. You can sit back and relax too, but you don’t get to complain when your kid gets trampled.
As far as anything being germ infested, puh-​leeze! How many kids do you know that keep all of their bodily fluids to themselves? Sneezes go everywhere, coughs fly out before they can get their elbows up to cover the cough, etc. Do you want the kids to be sterilized before they go in? Then have someone following each child with a disinfectant spray? Again, it is what it is. It’s up to you to decide if that environment is good/​safe for your child. YOU are the parent/​adult. Sheesh.
I will continue to take my daughter to open play and parent’s night out activities as long as she is willing/​able to go. It’s a great way to get a lot of good healthy exercise without dealing with the constant heat of Southeast Texas.

I thought this place was dumpy. Sure there are a few (germ infested) play things for the kids but only 4, all squeezed into a tight small space with no room for seating (parents). Not one to complain but I’ll never take my kids back. I’m sure I can find a better bounce house elsewhere.

So was looking at various venues for my little mans 1^st Bday party when the wifey found this place. Its kinda hidden which is a good thing in my eyes. We rented a the big party room for $ 275 for 1:15 of jump time and 45 for the cake and lunch. It was well worth it. The food is separate and so are they drinks. My little one had a blast and so did my guest. Its a reasonable price place compared to other places like Itz and chuckecheese without all the craziness of a bunch of kids running around. They take time help the kids on the moonwalks and all. Great service from the workers which I really enjoyed. Only suggestion is that they extend the times and of course they will charge a bit more but will be worth it. Overall great service I’m happy and so was my little one…

The way to go for your children’s birthday parties!!! There is a reason we had our last 3 there for our son; order what you want and then show up with your kid and a cake! The staff is not only attentive with safety, but plays with the children and controls the chaos of cake eating and gift opening. Without a doubt the best party place around.

I took my two year old daughter here for a play date. While it was what I expected, it didn’t blow my socks off. I’ve been to quite a few bounce house places in different states and most have had larger rooms with more inflatables to play on. This was also the first time that I’ve been to one that did not have employees monitoring. Not too big of a deal considering you should be watching your own child, but it would be nice to have someone in there to double check that rules are being followed. I felt the price was a bit steep (close to $ 8 I believe) considering my daughter just turned 2 and hardly knew what to do in there, but it was worth the price to be out of the house and out of the heat! I think the price alone is the only reason we likely would not return, unless there was a special or another groupon (which I missed :() out.

Great fun for all the family. We luv this place. It’s clean and run by great people. A recent party there went flawlessly.

My daughter had a lot of fun here and we’ve since returned twice. It’s a pretty cheap way to take your kids out and avoid the heat.
One caveat: there is NO STAFF working the rooms, so if you care about your kid’s safety… STAY RIGHT ON TOP OF THEM. You have a wide variety of ages playing together in a very cramped space, so some of the little ones get trampled on and thrown around. I was pretty much freaking out the whole time, haha. Of about 15 adults in the room, only two — myself and a GRANDFATHER — were actually engaging with their kids. The rest of the parents were sitting in a corner on their phones and kindles, letting their kids wreak HAVOC on each other. haha… So if you have little ones, PLEASE pay attention. These bouncy slides are very dangerous!

I took my children there this past Friday and just because I didn’t have my reciept the lady at the front would not give my children their snacks. So we left there with them crying as they watched other kids get theirs. The lady at the front was very rude, never greeted us when we walked in. The inflatables had holes and air escaping everywhere. Not very good for jumping at all. My first time there and I will never be back. There are many to places to go spend your money where you will be treated well. In this economy, customer service means everything!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

We have been to Jumping Jungle on previous occasions and it has been good but we went today for «open play» and they did not have the children separated by ages. Everyone was in one room, so there were children that weighed about 130lbs jumping with my 4 year old who weighs 38 pounds. There was no employee supervision. I had to pull my daughter out of several of the moon bounces because there were lots of large boys being very aggressive. She was pushed down several times and everywhere there were small children crying due to the same kind of events. I understand you sign a waiver of liability to jump but you would think a place like this would try to make every effort to keep your child safe. I felt their actions today bordered on gross negligence. It would only take one jump onto my child from one of these larger kids to break her neck or cause her serious harm but I guess Jumping Jungle is more worried about the revenue they receive for their «free play» than they are about the safety of the children. We are never going back which is a shame because up until this point I would have recommended them. I supposed if you have a child that is over 5 foot and weighs over 120 pounds then it is a good place to go but if you have a toddler or small child I do not recommend it.

We had a BLAST at Jump N Jungle. I looked up some places to take my kiddos and my adorable little nephew. This place has bunches of those inflatables, bouncy jumpy thingys (like those technical terms right?).
There are separate rooms for birthday parties and different ages so the lil ones don’t get trampled by the older, more energetic bunch. The staff is completely friendly and attentive, very professional and ensured our evening went smoothly.
Best of all, they have Family Night on Thursdays. Regular kid admission is $ 7 (adults are free). But on Thursday, both kids, pizza, and a 2 liter soda all for $ 20. It definitely wore them out!
This place would also be awesome for parties, rainy days, and days in Houston when it’s too hot to go outside…
